This article aims to interpret financial management practice based on local value namely Pappasang Tu Riolo without materialistic character. By using Paradigma Nusantara, the research reveals the reality and emotional experiences of banana traders snack (pisang epe) on Losari beach, Makassar City. This study indicates that financial management with local wisdom values in the form of Pappasang Tu Riolo has a unique character that is not found in conventional financial management concepts, which can present a new view of wisdom for financial management. As financial management is based on cultural-spiritual values, the traders can achieve sustainable financial performance as well as excellent socio-economic state though the pursuit of material gains have not become their main purpose.This is an open-access article under the CC-BY-SA license
This study proposes a model of the influence of organizational learning on the performance of private universities (PTS) in Makassar City. This study collected data through a survey approach to 294 leaders of PTS. The analysis tool uses WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study found that organizational learning can encourage dynamic abilities. However, organizational learning is not significant to substantive abilities. Thus the study found a new concept. However, this study reveals that organizational learning can significantly drive dynamic abilities and encourage substantive capabilities. The study also found that dynamic ability can significantly drive substantive ability and PTS performance. Favorable substantive ability can drive PTS performance. Finally, dynamic capabilities significantly drive substantive and performance capabilities. Therefore, this study confirmed the validity of the DCV theory in the PTS environment.
This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress and work motivation on employee satisfaction on Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. This research data obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and interviews with relevant parties in accordance penelitian.Teknik destination using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the F test and t test. Total sample of 53 employees using simple random sampling method.The data analysis method is used in hypothesis testing Multiple Regression Analysis.The results showed that the stress of work and work motivation simultaneously influence and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. Partially, variable work motivation is the most influential variable on job satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to uncover financial management practices from a sociological perspective. Conventional finance focuses only on materials or assets, which seem to have no spirit or social oxygen, even though those spirits have an important role in financial governance. This study used transcendental phenomenological methodology. A total of five key informants were involved in the study. All the key informants involved have at least ten years of experience as banana traders "Epe" on the Losari beach of Makassar City. This research found that the harmonization between the heart and the rational is supplied by new benefits of social oxygen that create new spirits and new energy in the form of social and economic. So that it has the potential to provide the best financial governance (excellent value) to other companies, in addition to the company's internals, the company will become dazzling and have the potential to produce the best performance (always the best) and sustainable growth. So it is not an exaggeration that excellent value, charm, always the best, and sustainable growth are characteristics of humanist financial management that are not found in conventional financial management.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perubahan Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatan Efektivitas Kerja pada PT. Telkom Regional VII Sulawesi. Pendekatan penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang bersifat menguji hipotesis melalui kajian tentang Pengaruh Perubahan dan Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatan Efektivitas Kerja pada PT. Telkom Regional VII Sulawesi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui uji parameter dalam menjawab hipotesis.Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-section melalui kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis Analisis Regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa Variabel perubahan organisasi dan Variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan.
