Praktik ihtikar merupakan penimbunan barang yang dapat menciptakan krisis peredaran barang dan memicu melonjaknya harga barang. Perilaku semacam ini menjadi perbuatan yang merugikan masyarakat dengan praktik yang lebih cenderung tidak adil dan manipulatif. Tulisan ini mengulas ihtikar ditinjau dari segi kritik etika bisnis syariah. Islam mengajarkan nilai-nilai luhur dalam berbisnis yang sangat etis. Dasar etika inilah yang mendorong para ulama mencurahkan perhatian pada ihtikar ini sebagai perbuatan yang dibatasi, bahkan dilarang. Untuk memberikan pemahaman yang saling bertalian, tulisan ini membahas dua subtema utama yaitu (1) Konsep Ihtikar dalam Islam, dan (2) Ihtikar: Tinjauan Kritik Etika Bisnis Syariah. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik ihtikar secara praktis memiliki mudharat yang merugikan diri, merusak keseimbangan, dan merukian orang lain. Dengan demikian, ihtikar merupakan perbuatan yang tidak sejalan dengan etika bisnis syariah karena bertentangan dengan dengan prinsip kesatuan, prinsip keadilan (keseimbangan), prinsip kehendak bebas, prinsip tanggung jawab, dan prinsip kebenaran.
Abstract. This article will specifically examine the elements related to the management of Mosque Waqf Land, Manado City, whether it has been functioning as the act or whether the law has not been able to accommodate the problems that occur in the management of waqf land in Manado City. The result is that the management of waqf land in Manado City is classified into two things, namely effective and ineffective. But ineffective is more than effective, this is because many mosque administrators feel that the process of obtaining certificates is very procedural, so they have difficulty managing the certificate. So that, the relavancy is with the enactment of Law Number 41 year 2004 concerning Waqf, the recording of legal waqf acts is obligatory to provide legal protection and legal certainty for wakif, Nazhir and that assets that are represented.Keywords: Management, Mosque Waqf Land, Manado City, Law Number 41 year 2004Abstrak. Artikel ini secara spesifik akan menelaah tentang unsur-unsur yang terkait dalam pengelolaan wakaf tanah masjid di Kota Manado, apakah sudah berfungsi sebagaimana UU tersebut ataukah UU tersebut belum dapat mengakomodir permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan wakaf tanah masjid di Kota Manado. Hasilnya adalah, bahwa pengelolaan wakaf tanah masjid di Kota Manado terklasifikasi pada dua hal, yakni efektif dan tidak efektif. Namun yang tidak efektif lebih banyak dari yang efektif, hal ini disebabkan karena banyak pengurus masjid merasa bahwa proses pengurusan sertifikat sangat prosedural, sehingga mereka kesulitan untuk mengurus sertifikat tersebut. Relevenasinya adalah, dengan berlakunya UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf, maka pencatatan perbuatan hukum wakaf menjadi wajib hukumnya untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum dan kepastian hukum bagi wakif, Nazhir serta harta yang diwakafkan.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Tanah Wakaf Masjid, Kota Manado, UU No. 41 Tahun 2004
Cognitive development shows the characteristics of children's intelligence. This is an aspect of the development of children's intelligence at all levels of education. Education must provide space for children's intelligence growth through responsive learning to children's potential. The pandemic period has had an impact on the child's cognitive development system, it is realized that there are positive things but there are also negative symptoms that must be studied and taken into account in the future. The results of the discussion of this paper conclude that; First, children's cognitive development is a mental process that encourages the formation of behavioral changes. This development generally refers to aspects of children's intelligence so as to encourage them to acquire new skills in receiving, storing information, and then being able to use it in life. The process of cognitive development lasts from birth until a human dies. Second, the cognitive development of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah children during the pandemic can be optimized by creating a conducive learning environment by understanding children, providing children's play space, and parents and teachers realizing that children are not half adults, children are in the imitating phase. learning. The assistance provided must still provide space for children to remain creative which is avoided from the pressure and coercion of studying at home. Knowledge of children's development during the pandemic is needed to further maximize children's cognitive development at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
This study aims to determine, study and analyze character education management and its effectiveness at SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa and SDIT Al-Biruni Mandiri Makassar. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The method of collecting data is through interviews with school principals, vice principals for curriculum affairs, students, homerooms and teachers. Other data sources are through observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction steps, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that character education planning begins with establishing the school's vision, mission, goals and programs, as well as determining character values, designing a curriculum that integrates character values into an integrated syllabus and lesson plans based on Islamic education. The organization of character education is carried out by the principal through coordination between elements, division of tasks based on SOPs, controlling and evaluating. implementation. Implementation of character education through (1) integrating character values into Islamic values-based learning, (2) through apperception activities or morning briefings, (3) mentoring activities or Islamic Personal Development, (4) Al-Qur'an mentoring, outing class and outbound. Character education is also carried out through extracurricular activities, habituation of worship and Islamic etiquette, modeling and school culture. Supervision of character education from the principal, and homeroom supervision of students through mutaba'ah/scoring boards. The implementation of character education has formed students who are able to be religious, able to apply Islamic etiquette, very good in tolerance, speak politely, independently, help, socially care, honest, disciplined, confident, cooperative and responsible.
