Information technology is a technology for obtaining, processing, storing and distributing various types of information files by utilizing computers and telecommunications born of strong drives to create new innovations and creativity that can overcome all laziness and slowness of human performance. The recent phenomenon of several large companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange shows that there is an improper management of the company, especially in supervision, thereby reducing the value of the company. The result is proven that developed companies, especially in developed countries, use supervision not only as a leader but also technology that can automatically detect fraud and is useful as a step to prevent fraud in companies. Corporate governance is still lacking in Indonesia and other developing countries, making the level of supervision at the company does not run optimally so that the potential for fraud is still quite large. This research contributes to fill the void level of supervision in companies in Indonesia that are still experiencing fraud, so the solution in supervision is to maximize the role of information technology in companies in Indonesia.
Cryptocurrency is a form of payment for goods and services that can be made online. Many companies have issued their own currency, often called tokens, and traded specifically for the goods or services their company provides. Currently, blockchain technology can be implemented in various elements, including, financial services, smart property, IoT, smart contracts, blockchain government, blockchain identity. In Indonesia, cryptocurrencies are interpreted as crypto assets that can only be traded on futures exchanges. There are 229 cryptocurrencies recognized in Indonesia. The legality of using Cryptocurrencies in Indonesia can only be traded on futures exchanges, as stated in the regulation of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI) number 5 of 2019 and the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Regulation Number 7 concerning the Establishment of a List of Crypto Assets that can be Traded in the Physical Crypto Asset Market.
Industrial era 4.0 became a big chalangge for educators especially for religious and religious subjects or Islamic Educators. Because in addition to teaching religious content that is mandatory for Muslim believers, Islamic Religious Education must also teach that instruct muslim to be creative and innovative, along with teaching about inclusiveism in order to collaborate across ethnic, cultural and religious group in facing the area of disruptive innovation. Which is an opportunity for anyone to pay attention to linearity. Industry 4.0 as the CPS, IoT, and IoS era, has been very systemic, and every industry does not need many people, except computer operators, production network supervisors and all related to computer work control. Therefore, they must be creative people to develop entrepreneurship, or services that are needed by society. Opportunity to be able to do entrepreneurial works is huge, because the world now ignores linierity, instead appreciates more creativity and networking capabilities. Therefore, educators must educate their students, and lecturers also direct their students to be realistic and become creative people. Creative and innovative education has no subjects. Therefore, fostering and enhancing their creativity is done through pendagogy for all subjects, especially subjects such as Islamic Education in schools or universities, so that they can get used to being creative and innovative people. As well as, inclusivism must be forestered and forested through a learning process that touches on aspect of attitude or affective trough discussion and or other techniques that enchance the competencies or learners in collaborating across ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds.
This study aim to knowing level productivity employee, for analyze connection compensation to productivity employees. Based on results research, then expected could give benefit as following, could knowing to use compensation for employee, become something reference for study future, could knowing the resulting relationship Among compensation and productivity employee, could knowing type compensation like what is needed employee, could knowing origin origin compensation provided by the company. The population we will use for study this are employees work company. This study will take sample towards employees work with share questionnaire to 60 employees. In research this time, we will test is to connection among compensation and productivity employees and how much strong connection. Based on results study as well as data analysis can concluded that there is significant relationship among Compensation and Productivity Employee with nature connection Strong and Unidirectional.
Kepribadian adalah sebuah kata yang menandakan ciri pembawaan dan pola kelakuan seseorang yang khas bagi peribadi itu sendiri. Kepribadian melipti tingkah laku, cara berfikir, perasaan, gerak hati, usaha, aksi, tanggapan terhadap kesempatan, tekanan dan cara sehari-hari dalam berintraksi dengan orang lain. Jika unsur-unsur kepribadian ini menyatakan diri dalam kombinasi yang berulang-ulang secara khas dan dinamis maka hal demikian dikenal dengan nama gaya kepribadian. Keberhasilan sebuah pendidikan tidak terlepas dari kepribadian guru yang akan berdampak pada motivasi belajar siswa. Karena guru sebagai suri teladan bagi siswa. Akan tetapi pada kenyataanya masih banyak siswa yang belum sesuai harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Memperoleh tentang kepribadian guru bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Ma'arif Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes. 2) Memperoleh tentang motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Ma'arif Bulakamba kabupaten Brebes. 3) Memperoleh bagaimana kompetensi kepribadian guru dan pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar bidang studi PAI siswa kelas X di SMA Ma'arif Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini berawal dari kerangka pemikiran bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru dan motivasi belajar saling mempengaruhi antara pendidik dan peserta didik untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar bidang studi PAI di SMA Ma'arif Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif, dan uji korelasi. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini yaitu, kompetensi kepribadian guru di SMA Ma'arif
