У статті проаналізовані дані літератури щодо клінічних станів, які можуть бути позастравохідними проявами гастроезофагеальної рефлюксної хвороби (ГЕРХ) у дітей, що часто хворіють (ДЧХ). Встановлено, що позастравохідні прояви ГЕРХ у ДЧХ потрібно враховувати під час первинної діагностики та впродовж усього періоду диспансерного спостереження. Найчастішими асоціаціями є синдром рефлюкс залежного кашлю, синдром рефлюкс ларингіту, синдром рефлюкс астми та синдром зубних рефлюкс ерозій. Серед позастравохідних варіантів ГЕРХ у ДЧХ відзначається особлива форма-оториноларингологічна, якій притаманний розвиток хронічного ларингіту-у 80,0%, хронічного фарингіту-у 60,0% та їх поєднання-у 48,0% випадків. До рефлюкс індукованих уражень належать зміни з боку порожнини носа та слухової труби у вигляді хронічного риносинуситу, синуситу та рецидивного запалення середнього вуха. Важкими позастравохідними проявами ГЕРХ у ДЧХ, за даними літератури, є трахеальний стеноз, рефлюкс індукована бронхіальна астма, а також ідіопатичний легеневий фіброз; у якості додаткового обстеження рекомендовано проводити контрастну рентгеноскопію стравоходу та шлунка, рН моніторинг, спірометрію з бронхопровокаційними пробами, фіброгастродуоденоскопію з прицільною біопсією. У статті відображені основні гістологічні та імуногістохімічні особливості мікроциркуляторних порушень слизової оболонки шлунка та дванадцятипалої кишки. Отримані дані надають можливість диференційовано підійти до призначення антисекреторних препаратів у дитячому віці, рекомендувати включення препаратів, що покращують трофіку та мікроциркуляцію слизової оболонки шлунка та дванадцятипалої кишки, в комплекс лікування хронічної гастродуоденальної патології.
