ДИССЕРТАНТ ВВЕДЕНИЕВнематочная беременность (ВБ) -острое гинекологи-ческое заболевание, являющееся распространенной при-чиной госпитализации и смертности у женщин репродук-тивного возраста. В структуре материнской смертности в мире ВБ занимает до 10%. Доля ВБ в структуре материн-ской смертности в РФ существенно снизилась: с 5,7% в 2005 г. до 3,8% в 2015 г. Однако каждый год в нашей стране несколько женщин погибают от ВБ [1]. За послед-нее десятилетие отмечена тенденция к неуклонному росту частоты ВБ во всем мире: так, в 50-60-х гг. XX в. частота ВБ составляла в среднем 0,4%, а в наши дни, по некоторым данным, достигает 2,4%, а среди беременных после ЭКО -до 5% [2]. Указанную тенденцию связывают с ростом воспалительных заболеваний гениталий и уве-личением частоты использования вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий [3]. Сегодня во всем мире «золотым стандартом» диагностики ВБ признано иссле-дование сыворотки крови на β-субъединицу хориониче-ского гонадотропина человека (β-ХГЧ) в сочетании с трансвагинальной эхографией для уточнения локализа-ции трофобласта. К сожалению, нет ни одного клиниче-ского признака, способного исключить диагноз ВБ [4]. Прогресс в области медицинских технологий значитель-но расширил возможности диагностики ВБ. Вместе с тем ВБ занимает первое место среди гинекологических забо-леваний по числу диагностических ошибок, особенно на Results.
