Полоса пропускания является одной из основных характеристик акселерометров, что обусловливает актуальность разработки новых методов ее увеличения. Предложен способ увеличения полосы пропускания и повышения резонансной частоты чувствительного элемента акселерометра за счет применения нелинейного автоколебательного закона управления движением чувствительного элемента. Оценка полосы пропускания производится на основе компьютерного моделирования амплитудно-частотных характеристик одиннадцати вариантов конструкций датчиков линейного ускорения, из которых три работают в режиме вынужденных колебаний, а восемь-в режиме автоколебаний. При моделировании используются релейный двух-и трехточечный с гистерезисом законы управления. Для рассмотренных конструкций посредством перехода с линейного контура управления на нелинейный удалось расширить полосу пропускания до восьми раз за счет повышения частоты колебаний без изменения механических параметров чувствительного элемента.
Исследуется конструкция автоколебательного акселерометра, в котором инерционная масса, являющаяся чувствительным элементом, выполнена в виде маятника. Предлагается вариант реализации такого датчика с использованием микромеханической технологии. Проводится сравнение нелинейности характеристики преобразования представленной схемы с аналогичным датчиком, в котором используется линейный чувствительный элемент. Исследование проводится с помощью численного расчета и компьютерного моделирования характеристики преобразования датчиков на основе уравнения движения чувствительного элемента. По результатам моделирования определяется нелинейность, как в границах устойчивой работы датчика, так и в рабочем диапазоне измерений. Несмотря на увеличение нелинейности в полном диапазоне измерений, в рабочем диапазоне существенных различий в характеристике преобразования для автоколебательного датчика с линейным и с маятниковым чувствительным элементом не наблюдалось.
