This study aims to determine the influence of service quality dimensions of patient loyalty in private hospitals in the town of Singaraja-Bali. The technique of data collection was conducted by giving questionnaire to patients in those hospitals. The results of this study indicate that: first, service quality which consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant influence on patient loyalty not only partially but also simultaneously; second, reliability is a dimension that has a dominant influence on the patient loyalty.
The research objective has to determine the Effect of Trust, Satisfaction and Commitment on Customer Loyalty in the Alfamart Retail at Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Hopefully will be able to the AEC 2015 retail business in Indonesia's is expected to be better.Modern retail is essentially a development of traditional retail. This retail formats emerge and evolve as economic development, technology, and lifestyle that makes people demand more convenience in shopping. The population used all of Alfamart retail at Surabaya there are 234 units of minimarket and sample of 70 units. While for the processing of the data was analyzed with multiple linear regressions aided by using SPSS version 20.Results of research was found that the partial and simultaneously variables X1, X2, and X3 have a significant effect to the variable Y.
The tourism business in Bali is growing rapidly, and Bali has been known as one of the most popular tourist destinations, especially among foreign tourists. The combination of beauty and a balanced lifestyle strongly attracts foreign tourists to Bali. In anticipating the growth of tourists to Bali, human resources must be by the needs of the tourism industry. This article aims to determine Bali tourism human resources competency standards in the Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN. The data collection and analysis in this paper use literature studies, interviews, and observations of stakeholder activities related to implementing the competency certification process. The role of the government in preparing various regulations for improving human tourism resources through the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards, the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework, and Competency-Based Training, which are the main instruments in the competency certification process, are indispensable. In addition, it is also important to work with Professional Certification Institutions that have been certified nationally and internationally to strengthen the human resources of Bali tourism. This research aims to know the influence of variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) consist of compliance, participation, and loyalty simultaneously and partially to personnel of police performance. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. This research uses 70 respondents. Pursuant to result of research indicate that variable of organizational citizenship behavior consist of compliance, participation, and loyalty have an influence to performance of police personnel. Level of change of police personnel performance explained by compliance, participation, and loyalty variable is equal to 47% while other variable which explain variation of change of performance level of police personnel is equal to 53%. Most dominant factor that has an effect on to police personnel performance is participation.
Indonesia tourism should make a move if it has superior and quality tourism resources. The travel sector feels the impact of the pandemic Covid 19 but recovering in their efforts and continue to prioritize on tourism as its main business. Tour Manager must develop a new strategic tour plan by taking advantage of potential opportunities for local communities as their partners. This qualitative research uses descriptive approach in describing the research problems above and answer three research questions, that is: (1) How big the role of the Tour Manager in planning travel tours? (2) What are the steps in planning a travel tour? (3) What are the potential opportunities are the benefits that can be developed. Tour Manager as part of the Human Resources is competent in assessing the opportunities and potential of tourism planning strategies and the general benefits of tourism development for locals. Updated Standard Operating Procedures are made to be applied by Tour Managers. With an understanable SOP, occupation can be measured and traced what has been and has not been done.
