N‐Methyl‐o‐aminothiophenol (I) reagiert mit dem Säurechlorid (II) in Chloroform/Benzol bei 70‐80° zu dem Bisquartärsalz (III), aus dem mittels Triäthylamin Salzsäure abgespalten wird.
Triphenylphosphin (I) reagiert mit den Arylhydrazonen des Bromacetylglyoxylsäureäthylesters (II) bei Zimmertemperatur in Benzol zu den Phosphoniumbromiden (IIIa) und (IIIb) (Ausbeute 53 ‐ 84%).
Die aus den Bromacetylglyoxylsäureester‐arylhydrazonen (I) mit einem Überschuß von Dimethylsulfid (II) bei 20°C dargestellten Sulfoniumbromide (III) gehen unter der Einwirkung von Triäthylamin in Tetrahydrofuran bei 0‐2°C praktisch quantitativ in die Pyrazole (IV) über.
