Durch Umsetzung von Trialkoxysilanthiolen (RO)3SiSH (R = i‐Pr, s‐Bu, s‐n‐Am, s‐i‐Am) und Carbonsäuren R′COOH (R′ = Alkyl bzw. Ph) wurden fast quantitativ mehrere Trialkoxyacyloxysilane (RO)3SiOCOR′ erhalten. Die Kinetik dieser Acidolysereaktion von (RO)3SiSH wie auch der Hydrolysereaktion von (RO)3SiOCOR′ wurde untersucht und in der Folge die Reaktionsmechanismen formuliert.
