Размолотый геологический образец выдерживается 20 минут в смеси кислот HNO 3 и HCl (1:3). Затем он разводится в 5 раз водой для получения суспензии с концентрацией 100 мг/мл, которая непо-средственно вводится в графитовую печь спектрометра. Применена техника двухстадийной атомизации с использованием независимо нагреваемого U-образного вольфрамового зонда. Она позволила минимизировать фотометрические шумы, устранять матричные помехи при определении золота и разбавлять атомный пар непосредственно в атомизаторе для увеличе-ния верхнего предела определения серебра в случае богатых пород и руд. Обеспечена воз-можность использовать представительные навески вещества (~кг) и простые водные раство-ры элементов для калибровки. Рабочий диапазон определяемых содержаний золота 0.03-20 г/т, а серебра 0.0004-4.5 г/т. Правильность проверена на ГСО черного сланца СЧС-1, руды Су-хого лога СЛг-1 и золотосодержащей руды СЗР-4. Пределы обнаружения улучшены по сравнению с методикой, использующей традиционную одностадийную атомизацию, и составляют в жидких продуктах (в мкг/л) для Pb -0.5, для Cd -0.04, а в порошковых смесях (в мкг/кг) соответственно 1.7 и 0.14. Сокращена длительность анализа за счет исключения предварительной минерализа-ции проб. ВведениеЭлектротермическая атомно-абсорбционная спектрометрия (ЭТААС) широко используется при определении в пищевых продуктах содержания свинца и кадмия. По российским нормам предельно допустимые концентрации (ПДК) в молоке и других питьевых молочных продуктах для детского пи-тания составляют 20 мкг/кг для Cd и 50 мкг/кг для Pb. Пределы обнаружения (ПО) при дозировании в спектрометр 40-50 мкл простых водных раство-ров указанных элементов находятся на уровне 0.00025 и 0.05 мкг/л, соответственно. Но молочные продукты пока не удается анализировать данным аналитическим методом напрямую из-за их слож-ного матричного состава. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, ebeveyn kabul red algısı ve stresle başa çıkma tutumları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada, Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi'nin farklı fakültelerinde 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında devam etmekte olan ve tabakalı örnekleme tekniği ile ulaşılan 540 kadın, 282 erkek olmak üzere toplam 822 üniversite öğrencisi yer almaktadır. Çalışmada veriler Bireysel Bilgi Formu, Yetişkin Ebeveyn Kabul Red Ölçeği kısa form (Yetişkin EKRÖ/K), Stresle Başa Çıkma Tarzları Ölçeği (SBTÖ) ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma elde edilen veriler, SPSS 22 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada, üniversite öğrencilerinin ebeveyn kabul red algıları ile stresle başa çıkma tarzları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığını belirlemek için Pearson Korelasyon Analizi, stresle başa çıkma tarzlarının anne kabul/red algısı ve baba kabul/red algısı tarafından yordanıp yordanmadığını tespit etmek için Çoklu Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi ve anne kabul/red, baba kabul/red ve stresle başa çıkma tarzlarını cinsiyete göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek için Tek Yönlü Manova Analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları incelendiğinde, genç yetişkinlik döneminde ebeveyn kabul-red algısı ile stersle başa çıkma tarzları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiş, ebeveyn kabul-red algısı bireylerin stresle başa çıkma tarzlarının anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olarak saptanmış ve cinsiyet değişkenine göre ebeveyn kabul-red algısı ile stresle başa çıkma tarzlarının anlamlı farklılık göstermediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, ilgili alanyazın çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir.
