We investigate influence of human recombinant erythropoietin different dosage on blood flow velocity and morphological changes in liver during ischemic and reperfusion injury. It was proved what optimal preconditioning dosage is 50 IU/kg.
We investigate blood flow velocity at ischemia/reperfusion early stages. Transient hyperemia absence after ischemia/reperfusion cased by pancreatic edema development at early stages confirmed by Wet/Dry ratio elevation and morphological changes was determined.
In this article ischemical preconditioning and L-norvalin efficacy and mechanisms of action pharmacological analysis at liver experimental ischemia/reperfusion were made. During investigation ischemical preconditioning high effectiveness totally wasn’t blocked by glibenclamide showed. L-norvaline also showed marked hepatoprotective effect abolished by glibenclamide just partly.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
