Health education has an important role to change and strengthen behavioral factors, ranging from predisposing, supporting, to driving so that it can lead to positive behavior from the community. But there are still a few who organize youth Posyandu in Jambi City. Aurduri Health Center was the first to form a teen Posyandu. However, teenagers who visited trimester I reached 100 (5%) was 2,005 teeneger. The formation of adolescent Posyandu is expected to be a place to facilitate adolescents in understanding adolescent health problems, find alternative solutions to problems, but there are still adolescents who do not come to adolescent Posyandu so that many adolescents do not know about their health. Design of analytical research with cross sectional design. The object of the study was all teenagers at the public health center Aurduri Jambi city. This study was conducted on February to July 2019. The samples used random sampling as many as 92 respondents. The collecting of data used a questionnaire then analyzed as univariate and bivariate analysis. The findings indicated that (the factors of reinforcing) 71 (77.2%) the role of health personnel is good, 56 (60.9%) the role of teen Posyandu cadres is good, 63 (68.5%) good family support and as many as 75 (81.5%) respondents had good behavior. The results of chi-square test indicated that there is correlation of the role of health personnel, teen Posyandu cadres and family support toward teen behavior to Posyandu p value = 0.000 (p<0.05). It is expected that an increase in the budget, facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of health services for adolescents, always seek innovation and new breakthroughs so that the interest of adolescents to come to teen POSYANDU increases every month.
Latar Belakang: Angka kejadian anemia di Indonesia menunjukkan nilai yang cukup tinggi. Anemia merupakan penurunan kuantitas atau kualitas sel-sel darah merah dalam sirkulasi. Anemia yang sering terjadi pada kehamilan adalah anemia defisiensi zat Fe. Status gizi yang kurang dapat menjadi predisposisi anemia ibu hamil di Indonesia yang salah satu indikatornya dapat diketahui dengan mengukur Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA). Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecukupan konsumsi Fe, pola makan dan ukuran LILA dengan anemia ibu hamil di Puskesmas Simpang Kawat Kota Jambi Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 526 orang dengan jumlah sampel 97 ibu hamil yang berkunjung dan bertempat tinggal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Kawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara quota sampling. Responden merupakan wanita hamil yang mendatangi poli Kesehatan Ibu Anak Puskesmas Simpang Kawat. Hasil: Sebanyak 72 (74,2%) responden mengalami anemia. Ada hubungan kecukupan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan anemia ibu hamil (p=0,006) dan tidak terdapat hubungan pola makan (p=0,279) dan ukuran LILA dengan anemia ibu hamil (p=0,178). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan kecukupan konsumsi tablet Fe dengan anemia ibu hamil dan tidak terdapat hubungan pola makan.
Background: Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is another problem in TB elimination. In 2018, 484,000 people worldwide developed tuberculosis that was resistant to rifampicin, and 78% of those had MDR-TB. Estimation of risk factors to detect MDR-TB. Methods: A case-control study assesses the estimate of the socio-demographic, house environment, diabetes mellitus, treatment behavior, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL). There were 28 cases of MDR-TB patients, and 56 control of drug-susceptible tuberculosis (DS-TB), in the treatment phase of October 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. Results: The analysis showed a diabetes mellitus (adjusted odds ratio [AOR] 4.06, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.31-12.54), treatment adherence (AOR 3.67, 95% CI 1.26-10.69), and supervisor of drugs swallowing (AOR 3.55, 95% CI 1.06-11.86) as a risk predictor for MDR-TB, and HRQOL independently associated with the incidence of MDR-TB (crude odds ratio [COR] 4.08, 95% CI 1.19-13.98), whereas socio-demographic and house environment was not a risk factor in this study. Validity and reliability of the SF-36 questionnaire (intraclass correlation coefficient [ICC], 0.658-0.802; Cronbach's α coefficient, 0.864). Conclusion:Diabetes mellitus, treatment adherence, supervisor of drugs swallowing as a risk predictor for MDR-TB. HRQOL of patients with MDR-TB was lower. The SF-36 questionnaire is valid and reliable to measure the HRQOL for TB/MDR-TB patients.

In 2018 the teen pregnancy rate was 24 teenagers (1.4%), in 2019 there were 27 teenagers (1.6%) An increase of 0.2%. In December 2019, two pilots polyandrous were formed in the work area of the Muara Bulian Community Health Center.This research is a descriptive analytic study with cross sectional method. The population in this study were adolescents who came to Posyandu cendana and singkawang which amounted to 75 people,while the number of samples is 43 people. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by questionnaire. The analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately. Results of the study Some respondents had bad behavior (51.2%) visited Posyandu Most respondents had poor knowledge (55.8%), positive attitude (51.2%), and good family support (62.8%), a good source of information (58.1%), most cadres had a good role (53.5%) in providing services in the Posyandu area of Muara Bulian Puskesmas in 2020. There is a meaningful relationship between knowledge and adolescent behavior . There is a significant relationship between attitude and adolescent behavior. There is a significant relationship between distance with adolescent behavior, there is a significant relationship between information sources and adolescent behavior, there is a relationship between the role of officers with adolescent behavior, and there is a significant relationship between family support and adolescent behavior to the Posyandu in the Public Health Service Muara Bulian Work Area
