Kontrol odağı kavramı kişilerin yaptıkları bir işin sonucunu üstlenme durumu ile ilgilenirken; öz ve kolektif yeterlilik kavramları yapacakları işi yapabilme noktasında kendilerinde oluşan inanç ile ilgilenmektedir. Sağlık sektörünün sürekli gelişim içinde olan ve büyük sorumluluk gerektiren bir hizmet sektörü olması, bu nedenle de bu sektörde çalışanların hem yaptığı şeylerin sonuçlarının sorumluluğunu üstlenmesi hem de çalışanların görevini yaparken kendisine olan güveninin tam olması daha iyi bir hizmet verilmesi için önemlidir. Bu araştırmada hastane çalışanlarında kontrol odağı algısının öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerine etkisinin araştırılması hedeflenmiştir. Araştırma da kontrol odağı boyutlarının bazılarının hastane çalışanlarının öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerinde pozitif yönde etki yaparken bazılarının ise öz ve kolektif yeterlilik algıları üzerinde negatif etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Developing technology, the rapid proliferation of sectors day by day has caused people to increase their expectations from the institutions they intend to work. For this reason, people tend to choose organizations that are attractive to them when they choose their place of work. In this research, it has been tried to reveal the perceptions of organizational attractiveness of the students practicing in the university hospital. The universe of this descriptive study was composed of students from Yozgat Bozok University Vocational School of Health Services and Faculty of Health Sciences in 2017-2018 education fall and spring semester. These students, Anesthesia, Elderly Care, Health Institutions Management, Medical Documentation and Secretariat, Midwifery and Nursing departments are studying (n=349). In 2003 and adapted to Turkish by Dural et al.. A seven-point likert-type sel Organizational Attractiveness "scale consisting of 15 statements was used. In this study, it was found that the average mean of organizational expressions of attractiveness of students. It was seen that the highest expressions were "I would have gone if the institution called me for a job interview" and "I would accept the offer to work in the institution". A significant relationship was found between the total score of organizational attraction and variables of school, department and place of residence.
