Giriş: Sürücü davranışları ve sürücülük becerileri, trafikte kaza riskini oluşturan ana unsurlar arasında yer almaktadır. Alkol ve madde etkisi altında araç kullanma davranışı; ölümlere, maddi hasarlara ve yaralanmalara neden olan önemli bir trafik sorunudur. Bu çalışmada; profesyonel araç sürücülerinde alkol, madde ve ilaç kullanımı sıklığının araştırılarak, bu maddeler ile sürücü davranış ve becerileri arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışma İzmir ilinin 4 farklı ilçesinde çalışan 90 profesyonel araç sürücüsü ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sürücülere sosyo-demografik ve madde kullanımına ilişkin soruların yer aldığı anket formu, Fagerström Nikotin Bağımlılık Testi (FNBT), CAGE Alkol Tarama Testi, Sürücü Davranışları Ölçeği (SDÖ) ve Sürücülük Becerisi Ölçeği (SBÖ) uygulanmıştır. Veriler istatiksel olarak SPSS 18.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir (p<0,05 anlamlılık düzeyi). Bulgular: Sürücüler 20-67 yaşları arasında olup yaş ortalaması 42,9±12,7’dir. Sürücülerin %46,7’si 20 yıldan fazla süredir profesyonel araç sürücüsüdür. Sürücülerinçoğunluğunda sigara (%57,8) ve alkol (%63,3) kullanımı vardır. Sürücülerin %55,6’sı trafikte dikkatini arttırmak ve/veya uyanık kalmak amacıyla yaşam boyu en az bir kez ağrı kesici, %12,2’si sakinleştirici ilaç, %1,1’i steroid, %20’si esrar, %3,3’ü amfetamin tipi stimülanlar (ATS), %2,2’si sentetik esrar kullandığını belirtmiştir. Alkol ve esrar kullanımı ile hatalar, kural ihlalleri ve güvenli araç kullanma becerisi puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Tartışma ve Sonuç: Alkol, madde ve ilaç etkisi altında araç kullanma davranışının psikolojik, psikiyatrik ve adli toksikolojik bakış açısıyla çok yönlü olarak ele alınması uygulamada fayda sağlayacaktır. Çalışmamızın sonuçları ile işyeri ve trafik ortamında adli kanıt sunan madde testlerinin önemli olduğu ve aktif olarak uygulanması gerektiği görülmüştür.
Multidisipliner bir alan olan adli bilimler, adaletin toplum ve toplumu oluşturan bireyler arasında eşit olarak sağlanabilirliğine hizmet eden sağlık, fen ve sosyal bilimler gibi eğitsel, teknolojik ve pozitif bilimler topluluğunu kapsar. Bu bilimsel alanda teorik ve uygulamanın birbirleriyle örtüşen ve örtüşmeyen birçok noktası bulunmaktadır. Teorik bilgilerin havada uçuştuğu çağımızda bu bilgilerin adli bilimlerin uygulama alanına yansıması çok önemlidir. Adli tıp, hukuk, psikoloji, sosyal hizmet, çocuk gelişimi, kriminoloji, antropoloji, öğretmenlik, medya, polis ve jandarma gibi güvenlik birimlerini de içeren toplumun çok geniş bir alanında birlikte çalışmaya ve üretmeye gereksinim bulunuyor. Eğitim ve öğretimin en önemli parçasını deneyimlerimiz ve uygulama alanları yani “olgu temelli” yaklaşım belirliyor.
ÖzetAmaç: Dünyanın en önemli çay pazarlarından biri olan Türkiye'de; soğuk çay son yılların en dikkat çekici ürünlerinden biridir. Bu çalış-ma ile kenevirin psikoaktif maddesi olan kannabisin pozitif şeklinde sunulduğu "Kenevirli Soğuk Çay" isimli içeceğinin; üzerinde yazıyla belirtilen ve içeriğinde bulunan maddeler kapsamında değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: İçeceğin ilgili yasal düzenlemeler kapsamın-da yasaklı madde içerip içermediği iki ayrı yöntemle analiz edilmiştir. İmmunoassay çalışmasında, esrar, kokain, amfetamin, sentetik kannabinoidler, opiyatlar ve benzodiazepin grubu maddeler çalışılmıştır. Gaz Kromatografi-Kütle Spektrometresi ile esrar, amfetamin ve türevleri, analjezikler/non-steroid antienflamatuar ilaçlar, antidepresanlar, antihipertansifler, hipnotikler/sedatifler, nöroleptikler, opioidler ve kafein parametreleri çalışılmıştır.Bulgular: İmmunoassay yöntemiyle taranan parametreler belirlenen eşik değerlerine göre negatif olarak saptanmıştır. Kromatografik yöntemle yapılan analiz sonuçlarında ise, içecek; esrar, amfetamin ve türevleri, analjezikler/NSAİ, antidepresanlar, antihipertansifler, hipnotikler/sedatifler, nöroleptikler, opioidler için negatif sonuç verirken, kafein pozitif (62 µg/mL) olarak bulunmuştur.Sonuç: Dünyada birçok ülkede satışı mevcut olup, ülkemizde satı-şı durdurulan Kenevirli Soğuk Çay isimli içecek için abartılı lezzet ve his tarifleri ile satış politikası izlenmektedir. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre, esrar veya başka bir yasadışı psikoaktif madde saptanmayan, kafein içerdiği belirlenen bu içecek, buz üzerinde kenevir yaprağı benzeri logosu ile bilinçaltında esrarı çağrıştıran özendirici potansiyel etki oluş-turabilir. Satışta bulunan ürünlerde psikoaktif madde içerdiği bilinen kenevir bitkisine benzer, görselin kullanımı konusunda farkındalığın artması, gerekli yasal düzenlemelerin, çalışmaların ve denetimlerin yapılması önerilmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Soğuk Çay; Kenevir; Kannabis; Esrar; Delta-9-tetrahidrokannabinol, Kafein. AbstractObjective: Turkey has an important place in tea marketing around the world and ice tea is one of the most popular products in the recent years. In this study, we aimed to evaluate ingredients of the substances written on the can of "Cannabis Ice Tea"; which is presented as psychoactive substance cannabis positive. Materials and Methods:The drink was analyzed by immunoassay and chromatographic methods whether it contains prohibited substance under the relevant legal regulations. In the immunoassay studies; cannabis, cocaine, amphetamines, synthetic cannabinoids, opiates and benzodiazepine groups were analyzed.
