The purpose of the study is to identify a set of pedagogical conditions that allow the most effective organization of a system of continuing education in the field of physical culture and sports, implemented as one of the disciplines in higher education. The article scientifically substantiates the methodological basis of the study and records the results, the reliability of which is confirmed by the presented facts, the consistency of the source material and its subsequent testing. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the data obtained, which allows the most effective organization of a system of continuing education in the field of physical culture and sports, implemented as one of the disciplines in higher education. As a result of the study, the practice-oriented conditions of the organization of the pedagogical process were identified, which significantly improve the effectiveness of the system of continuing education of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
