The manifestation of a person's creativity is determined by the complex interaction of the conducive and obstructive factors of the environment. We propose a model for the study of creativity, which takes into account the conducive and obstructive factors. The purpose of the article is to study the ratio of conducive and obstructive factors to the manifestation of a person's creativity. The characteristics of the creativity of modern managers are determined by a unique ratio of conducive and obstructive factors, according to which the impossibility of making independent decisions is an obstructive factor for them; and the freedom to express their thoughts is an conducive factor, the fear of making mistakes and the fear of criticism are obstructive factors; and the spark of new thoughts and ideas, the inspiration and enthusiasm to create new ideas are considered to be conducive factors. Such a correlation of contributing and hindering factors of personal creativity is the basis for developing a new model of studying and developing personal creativity. Thus, the creativity study model is built from the level of creativity, standards, personal qualities of creativity, the relationship between them, the factors contributing to and hindering creativity, their unique relationship.
In the article we presented interrelation of stress resistance and volitional self regulation of future managers. There was launched experimental research among future managers to reveal the changes of those traits in the process of professional education. The results of the research can be a base for organization of preparing course for future managers
The problem of safety of management activity in the psychological research has emerged recently. The urgency of this problem conditioned by the demand of time because this is one of the main psychological factors of human resources’ effective work. The psychological safety of a person is conditioned by excluding the dangers in labor activity, which often expresses as psychosomatic manifestations. However, they are not often visible because of lack of the immediaterelationship between work and somatic manifestations. Numerous studies show the existence of the phenomenon. However, there is no scientific corroboration of manifestation of this phenomenon, process of development and ways of prevention within managers. In this terms implementation of scientific works in this sphere have great importance.
В статье рассматривается проблема психологической безопасности личности в связи с процессом глобализации. Предпринимается попытка выявить взаимосвязь между процессами унификации и интеграции (как маркерами глобализации) и их воздействие на личность. Уделяется внимание вопросу о направленности мировоззренческой “трансформа- ции” личности. В рамках глобализации рассматривается ситуация панде- мии, отмечается ее негативное воздействие на человека. Обращается внимание на неизбежность глобализации и ее негативное влияние на пси- хологическую безопасность личности.
