Este relato de experiência traz os resultados de uma atividade pedagógica na Escola Estadual do Campo Barão de Lucena, que buscou resgatar o histórico da produção do casulo de seda em Nova Esperança, noroeste do Paraná. Utilizando a metodologia de projetos, professoras de arte e ciências proporcionaram aos/às estudantes diversas vivências relacionadas à produção de casulo, como palestras, visitas técnicas e oficinas. Os materiais coletados e os procedimentos aprendidos nas atividades resultaram em um documentário realizado pelos/as estudantes e apresentado à comunidade, assim como a exposição dos/as discentes sobre seus aprendizados, em uma troca de vivências com os/as visitantes. Pudemos verificar a possibilidade de alinhamento entre as disciplinas de ciências e arte como incorporação da valorização cultural na escola do campo.
O objetivo deste artigo é o de apresentar e analisar os conteúdos e as práticaspedagógicas que se desdobraram no cotidiano das salas de aula, do Curso Normal e Magistério,do Colégio São Vicente de Paula, da cidade de Nova Esperança (PR), duranteo período de 1971 a 1997. Justifica-se o recorte temporal mediante tal período corresponderà elaboração de Leis que impulsionaram o campo disciplinar da Arte bem comoseu ensino. As Fontes empíricas que ampararam o estudo foram selecionadas por meiode Documentos Oficiais (Leis, Relatórios, Atas, Livros de Registros dos Professores) eEntrevistas semi-estruturadas com ex-professores e ex-alunos. Os argumentos analíticosdestacam a impressão e a importância, para os agentes escolares -professoras e alunas -da elaboração e utilização das “Pastas A-Z”. As considerações finais destacam os problemascom o arquivamento das fontes para o desenvolvimento de pesquisas educacionais.Palavras-chave: Educação; História da Educação Brasileira; Ensino de Arte; Formaçãode Professores.
