Risk factors for Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar os fatores de risco da Síndrome Hipertensiva Específica da Gestação (SHEG) em gestantes acompanhadas em núcleo de atenção médica integrada. Método: Estudo exploratório-descritivo realizado com 100 gestantes acompanhadas no ambulatório de pré-natal do Núcleo de Atenção Médica Integrada (NAMI) da Universidade de Fortaleza (UNIFOR), em Fortaleza-CE, independentemente de idade, estado civil e renda familiar. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista estruturada, entre março e abril de 2008, organizados em tabelas e analisados com base na literatura pertinente. Resultados: A amostra pesquisada tinha idade entre 17 a 31 anos, cor parda, união estável, renda familiar de 1 a 2 salários mínimos, ensino fundamental; eram prendas do lar, seguiam o catolicismo e habitavam moradia própria. Houve o predomínio da multigestação, da primiparidade e do abortamento na faixa etária de 17 a 21 anos. As gestantes apresentavam os fatores de risco da SHEG -idades extremas; multiparidade; alteração de pressão arterial na gravidez atual e na anterior; história familiar e pregressa de pré-eclâmpsia e eclâmpsia, entre a terceira e quarta gestações; conflitos emocionais e gestação múltipla. Conclusões: Constatou-se a presença de fatores de risco para a SHEG na amostra investigada, exceto a obesidade e a paternidade diversa; entre os dados obstétricos dessas mulheres, predominaram multigestação, primiparidade e abortamento.
Objetivo: analisar a situação do tratamento inadequado da Sífilis Congênita. Método: trata-se de um estudo misto, descritivo, com dados coletados no Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação, no período de 2014 a 2017. Realizaram-se, adicionalmente, entrevistas semiestruturadas com os profissionais de saúde da Atenção Básica, sendo os dados quantitativos estudados pela estatística descritiva e os qualitativos, por meio da Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: identificaram-se 61 recém-nascidos que receberam tratamento inadequado para SC. Entrevistaram-se enfermeiros da AB do município de Macapá atuantes nas áreas de abrangência das residências das crianças. Aponta-se que as análises das entrevistas permitiram a criação de três categorias: O saber dos enfermeiros sobre a doença; A experiência do enfermeiro para a detecção de casos de SC na sua área de atuação e, As estratégias do enfermeiro para a busca de crianças com história de sífilis. Conclusão: evidenciou-se a fragilidade no tratamento da SC em Macapá com um alto índice de tratamento inadequado. Avalia-se que os perfis sociodemográficos e clínico das mães e crianças potencializam as vulnerabilidades individual, programática e social.
Objetivo: Analisar a relação entre o câncer de colo uterino e a população quilombola. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), utilizando-se os descritores, de acordo com os descritores em ciências da saúde (DeCS): “Neoplasias do colo uterino” e “Grupo de Ancestrais do Continente Africano”, combinados pelo uso do operador Booleano AND. Os critérios de inclusão foram publicações dos últimos 5 anos em inglês, português e espanhol e excluiu-se os trabalhos repetidos e aqueles que não respondiam à pergunta de pesquisa proposta. Resultados: Por fim, selecionaram-se quatro artigos científicos para análise, os quais abordaram a relação entre a temática sob óticas diferentes, mas que conseguiam convergir para três principais temas: baixo conhecimento sobre o câncer de colo uterino entre as mulheres quilombolas, baixa adesão ao exame preventivo e etnoenfermagem, sabendo que o cuidado em saúde é um fator importante para esta população. Considerações finais: Os estudos selecionados para esta revisão mostraram a existência de relação entre o câncer de colo uterino e a população do estudo, identificando incipientes conhecimentos de quilombolas, sobre o risco de adquirirem uma doença como o câncer do colo do útero, as consequências da doença e a importância da prevenção.
