Kabupaten Lebak adalah salah satu kabupaten terbesar di Provinsi Banten. Namun, potensi daerah yang besar ini tidak diikuti oleh pengembangan potensi sumber daya lokal yang optimal. Menyadari masalah ini berkaitan dengan potensi produk tanaman singkong di Kabupaten Lebak adalah pendorong utama di balik program layanan masyarakat ini. Kelompok Wanita Pagoda (KWP) sebagai mitra adalah sekelompok wanita yang bermarkas di salah satu desa kecil di Kabupaten Lebak, para wanita ini telah mengolah singkong menjadi makanan yang dikenal di daerah Cibadak dengan nama Enye-Enye sepanjang hidup mereka. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) proses pembuatan Enye-Enye di desa Mekaragung masih sangat tradisional dan jauh dari baik, meskipun produk Enye-Enye adalah makanan yang cukup populer dan merupakan salah satu dari produk unggulan di kawasan (2) anggota KWP masih memiliki pemahaman minimum tentang standar kebersihan dan kesehatan dalam produksi Enye-Enye; (3) anggota Kelompok Pagoda Perempuan (KWP) masih memiliki pemahaman yang minimal tentang pemasaran produk Enye-Enye (4) pemahaman tentang kebersihan dan kesehatan dan pemasaran anggota KWP meningkat setelah pelatihan diadakan; (5) setelah kegiatan pendampingan, anggota KWP mulai melihat dan mempertimbangkan penggunaan alternatif metode, alat / mesin dalam memproduksi Enye-Enye.
Quality is a factor to increase the competitiveness of a product. By increasing quality, the production costs will be reduced, thus it will eventually reduce waste. The failure of a product can be caused by the availability of raw materials, machines, equipment, human resources, and environmental factors during the production process. Quality control is a method used to keep the product needed by the market to be within controlled limits. This study aims to determine the quality of Tempe SS products at the Sirajussa’adah Islamic Boarding School in Limo Depok. It is carried out to see whether the quality is still within control limits or not by using the Six Sigma method with several stages of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) implementation. In this research, calculations are carried out using the checksheet, flow chart, histogram, Pareto Hart, control, scatter diagram and fishbone diagram methods of production. Based on the results, it can be concluded that for 25 times the study, it is obtained the value of the center line (CL) of 0.0036, the value of the upper control limit (UCL) of 0.0050, and the value of the lower control limit (LCL) of 0. It is also found that there are a number of variations in the process that are outside the control limit (out of control) and within the control limit (in control) in the production process of Tempe SS at the Sirajussa Islamic Boarding School in Limo Depok. However, this is still inadequate for the fermentation process infrastructure, equipment for packaging is still manual and environmental factors determine the cause of the number of defective products.
The people of each region always have different characteristics and uniqueness of each, especially between rural communities which tend to be homogeneous and have strong elements of customs compared to urban communities which tend to be heterogeneous and begin to reduce the elements of their customs. Building rural communities through empowerment is the main key to mobilizing the potential of the Indonesian agricultural sector. Surya Tani farmer group is a farmer group located in Mekaragung village, Cigundi village. The farmer group was founded on the initiative of Mr. Deddy, who was diligent as a farmer in the broad and narrow sense. From the results of surveys and interviews with members of the Surya Tani farmer group, the researchers wanted to know how to apply supply chains and market expansion to the marketing of products or crops at the Surya Tani farmer group in Cibadak, Lebak – Banten. Methods of collecting data were observations, interviews and questionnaires to the chairman and members of the Surya Tani farmer group. The data analysis technique was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. From the results of the study, it was found that the Surya Tani farmer group had not implemented a supply chain but the Surya Tani farmer group was able to expand the market to market their agricultural products out of the Lebak-Banten area market to the DKI Jakarta main market. However, it is different in the distribution process, which is experiencing delays in delivery due to the implementation of PSBB in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.
Competition in the e-commerce world is rising so competitively. Every time e-commerce offers their products or services to their consumers attractively. This condition causes the consumers to vae more alternatives to shop, especially at Shopee Indonesia. The purposeof this study was to find out and analyze the effect of sales promotion, product quality,and electronic word of mouth on impulsive buying. This study used e-commerce Shopeeas the object. This is a quantitative study using primary data. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique with 75 respondents selected based on criteriathat had been determined. The data were analysed using SmartPLS. The result showedthat sales promotion have no significant effect on impulsive buying with the value of significance of 1,994. Another finding showed that product quality and electronic word of mouth have significant effect on impulsive buying with the value of significant is 2,475 and 3,679. Therefore, e-commerce Shopee must take advantage of product quality andelectronic word of mouth in order they have a competitive advantage.
Mitra dalam program ini adalah Dapurkana yang berwilayah di Kelurahan Meruyung Kecamatan Limo Kota Depok. “Dapurkana” merupakan usaha yang menyediakan produk makanan yang masuk pada kategori berskala usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang telah go digital (UMKM 4.0). Permasalahan yang ditemukan berupa aspek manajemen usaha terutama pada aspek manajemen pemasaran antara lain, belum adanya pemahaman cara membuat dan menggunakan katalog WA bisnis dan perencanaan konten media sosial. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut antara lain, pelatihan dan pendampingan: cara membuat dan menggunakan katalog WA bisnis, serta perencanaan konten media sosial. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra terkait permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ‘pertisipatif’, yaitu pendekatan yang berorientasi pada upaya peningkatan peran serta masyarakat secara langsung dalam berbagai proses dan pelaksanaan pengabdian. Teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian yang digunakan yaitu ‘participatory rural appraisal’ yang umum digunakan pada program/kegiatan terkait sosial-budaya dan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Dan mendapatkan hasil pengetahuan mitra terkait perbedaan akun WA personal dan bisnis, pengetahuan mitra terkait perencanaan konten media sosial naik sebesar 83%. Kemudian pengetahuan mitra terkait cara membuat katalog produk pada akun WA bisnis dan mengelola katalog produk pada akun WA bisnis meningkat 63%. Hal tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan omset hingga mencapai dua kali lipat (100%).
