Abstract-Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a methodology used to develop software. This method is able to reduce time to develop software. This becomes consideration in order to choose the Rapid Application Development as a methodology to develop Dutatani Website. Dutatani is a portal and a part of Integrated Agriculture Information System (IAIS). IAIS is an agriculture information system that has some subsystems that are connected and linked to each other. It also has an integrated database. In particular, Dutatani is able to manage user, manage content, and manage link in the IAIS. This website will be a link to other applications in the IAIS. This article especially discusses the development of the Dutatani Website using Rapid Application Development that is implemented by combining iterative development and system prototyping. There are some phases in the development using the RAD: planning, analysis, main design specific design, implementation and testing, and integrating prototype. This system was developed by a team which consists five members. The implementation of this prototyping technique was done by dividing five people into two groups in which each group had different responsibilities to different module/functions. This website had been developed within 150 days. Thus, in implementing the RAD, it is important for the team leader to monitor continuously. Monitoring is a useful technique to ensure the productivity and performance of each members in order to gain optimal development process. Applications developed through this technology will be accessible through an internet network. This network has a wide range so that the applications developed through this technology will be more easily accessed by users.A website provides various information needed for its users. Website Dutatani is a special application developed as the main website for Integrated Agricultural Information System (IAIS). It is a system developed for data processing, information, and knowledge in agriculture. This system has several subsystems that are planned to be interconnected with an integrated database. The Dutatani website developed will be the main page managing user management, content management, and loading website links to connect with other application websites on the IAIS.In its development process, the Dutatani website uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. It is one of the software development models that has advantages in terms of fast application development while maintaining product quality. This factor is the basis for the selection of the system development method on the Dutatani website. II. Trading model has been changing since the vast implementation of Information and Communication Technology in every sector. This model is known as e-Commerce. Unlikely, there is still limited company which specifically trades agriculture product. Agriculture e-Commerce is known as a platform to buy and sell some agriculture products. Agriculture e-commerce has important role to support economic development and market expansion for farmers in particular and people in rural areas in general. There is still limited access and provider which buy and sell agriculture product to farmer and its farmer representative. Therefore, this research develops specific agriculture e-commerce. There are two main modules for agriculture e-commerce, purchasing and buying module. On this article, we acknowledge to develop the first module, which is purchasing module. Purchasing module was developed using Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM). Development phase includes feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build model iteration. At the end of the phase, testing is conducted. The result of this study is the prototype of agriculture e-Commerce product with predefined functions. Purchasing module of the system depicts the opportunity for farmer to buy the tools and materials. This system has two main functions: purchasing system management and reporting management. System testing also was conducted to test the system.
The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in agriculture has become one of the steps to improve agricultural efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and also expected to encourage the creation of Precision Agriculture. Precision agriculture has an impact on the efficiency of operational costs to increase margins in the production of agricultural products using ICTs. One of the problems that often arise in agriculture is related to the management of agricultural land in each farmer group area. This information is closely related to the needs of agricultural production facilities and infrastructure, such as the need for fertilizers, seeds, and other resources. Web Mapping System is one of the systems to assist in land or area mapping. In this study, the Web Mapping System is expected to be used to help at agricultural land mapping, owned by farmer members of farmer groups. The developed system will store spatial data from farmland members and farmer groups. The Web Mapping System was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, where there are several iterative processes. The result of this study is the Web Mapping System for agricultural land. With this application, farmers can find out the status of the land being cultivated or owned. In addition, the Web Mapping System can record the status of the existing land in a farmer group and the need for agricultural production facilities and infrastructure. Further, the Web Mapping System also provides information in a dashboard that can help farmer groups to manage the land owned by each farmer who is a member of the group.
Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi menjadi salah satu punggung bagi penyebaran informasi ke masyarakat luas. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi ini juga telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat perdesaan untuk mempublikasikan potensi desa yang dimiliki melalui penggunaan Website profil desa. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa ini sangat unik dan beragam. Penggunaan website profil desa juga membantu untuk menyebarluaskan kepada masyarakat di luar desa tersebut. Akan tetapi, salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh masing-masing desa dalam pengembangan website profil desa adalah kemampuan aparatur desa untuk mengembangkan website profil. Keterbatasan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh aparatur desa mendorong tim pengabdi untuk melatih aparatur bagi 3 desa, yaitu Desa Mukiran, Desa Rogomulyo, dan Desa Kaliwungu. Ketiga desa ini berada di Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan selama 3 hari yang dimulai pada Senin, 4 Juni 2018 dan berakhir pada Rabu, 6 Juni 2018. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Perpustakaan Desa Mukiran, Ngudi Ilmu. Masing-masing desa mengirimkan 3 aparaturnya untuk dapat mengikuti kegiatan ini. Pengukuran yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan pretest dan posttest untuk masing-masing materi yang disampaikan. Terdapat 2 pokok bahasan utama dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini, yaitu arsitektur informasi website dan pengembangan website profil dengan Wordpress. Hasil lain yang di dapat dari pelatihan ini adalah draft website profile bagi masing-masing desa dan sudah di hosting secara online.

Abstract. Stakeholders plays an important roles to determine the system requirements. Stakeholders are people or organizations that has an interest to the enterprise. Timely and effective consultation of relevant stakeholders is a paramount importance in the requirements engineering process.From the research and analysis of system stakeholder finds that there are four stakeholder groups in IAIS. Stakeholder analysis is being implemented by identifying stakeholder, stakeholder category, and analysis interaction between stakeholders.
