All polymers exhibited low cytotoxicity and their micelles had a desirable release-acceleration pH (pH 5.0) for cytoplasmic drug delivery. With the introduction of polylactide into the polymer, the micelle critical micelle concentration can be effectively decreased and the drug-loading content was enhanced. Most importantly, the drug resistance of MCF-7/ADR cells was significantly reversed via the interaction between polymer and Pgp. Therefore, this type of polymer has potential superiority for cancer therapy.
Abrasive jet technology is widely used with the advantages of environmental protection, with better energy concentration and processing quality, free from any tool passivation, heat affected zone, spark, or any changing in physical or chemical properties of workpiece. Due to the fact that jet characteristics are the main reasons which influence processing quality, numerical analysis is used as the major method of researching currently. The existing research of jet characteristics of abrasive jet by numerical simulation methods is discussed in the paper, including jet fluidizing and mixing process simulation, jet formation process simulation and jet erosion workpiece simulation. Finally the key problems of the simulation on the jet characteristic are given.
This paper introduces the micro-abrasive suspension jet polishing technology in precision machining technology. In order to understand the micro-abrasive suspension jet erosion morphology and material removal mechanism, the erosion experiments of micro-abrasive suspension jet on 40CrMnMo7 special steel work-piece were taken. We found that when the incident angles are 90°, 60°, 30°, the polishing area is respectively annular shape, horseshoe shape and blade shape. During the erosion process, as the incident angle becomes smaller, most amounts of abrasive particles impact angles will also be small, and these cause more material removal. When the particles impact the work-piece with small angles, most particles play shearing action on the work-piece and leave the work-piece nanoscale scratches; while the particles impact the work-piece at large angles, extrusion and blow are formed by the majority of the particles on the work-piece, leaving different small size pits.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
