The research entitled "The alleged homosexuality Part II -Denial" is a study aimed at understanding the denial of teacher training processes considering the issue of homosexuality, from the production of a favorable Brazilian social context for such an excluding practice to exist and expand in the present times. The theoretical contributions used in this study are based on the Theory of Social Representations, in articulation with the Philosophy of Difference, as well as the studies of Stephen Ball and Luis F. Aguilar Villanueva for the understanding of the context of the production of public policies. All legal texts produced at the federal, state (São Paulo) and municipal levels (Campinas and Hortolândia) concerning homosexuality between 2009 and 2017 were analyzed, seeking to understand the relations between the material produced legally and the creation of contexts of denial of the discussion of homosexuality in school. The documentary analysis was performed considering two possibilities of interpretation of the material collected: a quantitative and a qualitative one. A total of 40 legal texts on the subject were analyzed, from a total of 42,585 (without considering the total of municipal laws, since such data are not available for public consultation). It was noticed that although the favorable amount of existing legal propositions was greater than the opposites, most of the bills were not approved, which illustrates quantitatively the denial of the discussion of social homosexuality. The qualitative analysis was performed using the methodological approach called Content Analysis. The legal texts were organized into six categories of analysis, namely: In favor of homosexual civil rights; Against homosexual civil rights; In favor of the discussion of homosexuality in school; Against the discussion of homosexuality in school; Against civil rights / discussion in school from favorable prerogative; The social restriction of homosexuality as a production of unfamiliarity: Gender Ideology and School without Party. There are expressions of progressive thinking linked to the movements of social struggles for the guarantees of civil rights and, in turn, a fairer school environment; the conservative ideals are linked to Christian religious discourses, or to the interests of groups of power, aimed at maintaining society as it stands, without possibilities for change and which corroborate the social exclusion of difference. The Project without Party School and the so-called Gender Ideology are tools to use what is understood in this research as the social production of unfamiliarity, contributing to a deconstruction of current social representations that have advanced towards respect for homosexuality, giving place to the estrangement, to the perpetuation of the negation and, therefore, to the possibility of an erasure of the difference evidenced in the different sexual orientations. Thus, the legal texts create a context of influence that directly interferes with life, social representations, the denial of homosexuali...
