Background and Study Aim. The work aim is to develop and experimentally test the combined impact method performance in the preparatory period of the annual macrocycle of 18–19 year old volleyball players (girls). Material and Methods. The study involved volleyball players (girls) aged 18–19 years old (n = 24, training experience – 9 years). Volleyball players (girls) were divided into control (n = 12) and experimental (n = 12) groups. Results. The method contributed to a higher rate of growth of most parameters of special readiness among volleyball players (girls) of the experimental group. A significant improvement in special readiness (p <0.05) was revealed for all parameters in both groups. In the experimental group, an improvement (p <0.001) was observed for 8 out of 11 parameters. In the control group, a significant improvement in the results (p <0.001) occurred in 3 cases out of 11. A significant improvement in speed and strength training parameters (p <0.001) was revealed: in 3 out of 4 cases (experimental group); in 1 out of 4 cases (control group). The quality of performance of the game basic techniques improved by: 4–22% (p <0.04–0.001 in experimental group) 4–11% (p <0.05–0.02 in control group). Conclusions. It is advisable to devote more time to the development of more significant motor abilities of volleyball players (girls) (speed, speed and strength, dexterity and coordination). It is advisable to improve endurance in combination with the development of other motor abilities and in the process of technical and tactical improvement. In the physical training of volleyball players (girls), it is advisable to use as many training means as possible, which are similar to the main game techniques according to spatio–temporal and dynamic characteristics. Movements with load contribute to the development of intermuscular coordination and allow to quickly form the correct idea of the trained motor action.

Aim. The article deals with the study of coordination abilities in young football players for improving training efficiency. For the purpose of the study, we used factor and correlation analysis. Materials and methods. 25 football players aged 13-14 participated in the study. To assess coordination abilities in young football players, we used tests for balance, rhythm, reaction, kinesthetic differentiation, space orientation and movement coordination. Results. We demonstrated correlations and factor significance, characterizing the structure of coordination preparedness in young football players aged 13-14 years. We also revealed the age-related features of the correlation between the main specific coordination abilities. We established the leading factors of coordination preparedness in young football players at the stage of the preliminary basic training which significantly influence the formation of a player's technique. The analysis of 97 correlations between 15 parameters of 7 coordination abilities allowed us to reveal 27.8 % of significant positive correlations. 85.2 % of the correlations obtained are of an average level, and 14 % are of a high level. Conclusion. The features revealed in the structure of coordination prepare...
Background and purpose. The training of athletes in conditions of limited freedoms (COVID-19 pandemic and martial law in the territory of residence) does not allow for the full training of athletes in team sports. The purpose of the study is to determine the organizational forms and means of training sessions aimed at improving special physical qualities under martial law. Material and methods. The study involved experienced volleyball players of one team (n=12). Volleyball players live in the territory of martial law (Kharkiv, Ukraine) and the restrictive measures of the COVID-19 pandemic. The experiment was carried out for 6 months in 2022 during martial law in Ukraine. The organization of the training was carried out with an emphasis on independent individual work. Pedagogical testing was carried out. 5 test exercises were used: each volleyball player performed independently. Volleyball players are offered an individual training plan that takes into account: safe living conditions (presence of special shelters – underground metro stations near the place of residence, special shelters, basements of houses, etc.); availability of electricity and means of communication (mobile, Internet); availability of means of life support (drinking water, food). Results. It was determined that the team is homogeneous only in the test exercise “long jump from a place”. The indicators of the other four tests indicate the heterogeneity of the group of volleyball players. The use of the ZOOM videoconference to monitor the performance of tests by volleyball players under martial law has been substantiated. Conclusions/ Exercises for the development of certain physical qualities of volleyball players are proposed. Also, schemes of remote self-training are proposed to level the heterogeneity of the group.
