Building close and positive interfaith relationship is not easy, especially when the present life is much influenced by massive information developments which are not always positive. Baku pasiar tradition that is practiced by the people of Kampung Jawa Tondano become a means of binding relationships or Silaturahmi (get together) between Muslim and Christian families. This study analyzed the Muslims and Christians relationship formed in the practice of Baku pasiar tradition. The theory that used in this research is the theory of the stages of a relations by Ruben & Stewart. Using ethnographic method, this study showed that baku pasiar tradition was a practice of positive even productive community life in providing space for interaction between various models of communities, especially communities of different religions. Thus, the stage of Muslims-Christians relationship formed in this baku pasiar interaction became varied.

The disruptive era presents many challenges in various fields, including early childhood education. This research aims to discover factors that contribute to resilience of preschool teachers towards the globalization in information era. This study employs a qualitative method to derive the contributing factors on the kindergarten teachers' resilience. The data was gathered through observation, record field notes and interview to six kindergarten teachers in order to get in-depth information related to factors that build their resilience. Data retrieval was guided by using Reivich and Shatte's theory of resilience that underlines the importance of protective factors in overcoming risk factors. The results indicate several factors that positively contribute to the commitment and resilience of kindergarten teachers including the ability of teachers in regulating their emotional, keep focusing on the positive experiences and remain optimistic, and keep boosting their belief that teaching is a calling and be professional teachers. These current findings suggest that personal characteristics contribute on teacher resilience as kindergarten teachers in the disruptive era.

The Christian Education teachers are required to be able to use technological information in learning not only to create brilliant students intellectually but also to shape the good character of students. Therefore, they must master the skills of the 21st century learning so that they can answer the needs of students of this era who are excel in technology. Using the theory from International Society for Technology in Education translated by Daryanto and Syaiful Karim, this study aimed to find out the resilence of Christian Education teachers in North Sulawesi, to propose and to implement the resilience of Christian Education teachers in digital era. This study applied descriptive qualitative research method which is also called naturalistic inquiry or naturalistic approach. Based on the research, it showed that the Christian education teachers in North Sulawesi still have the tendency to be trapped in manual learning system which is not relevant anymore with the 21st century context and they are less competitive and difficult to adapt with the learning demand of the 21st century.

Parenting among children and the elderly includes physical needs, among others (eating, drinking, etc.) as well as psychological needs such as (a sense of security, affection, and others). It is intended that the child is able to adapt and live in harmony with the environment. Disruptive era presents challenges for parents in early childhood parenting. Accordingly, this study aims to describe the parenting resilience of Early Childhood in the era disruptive. This study used a qualitative approach with the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study took 47 samples of parents of young children (aged 0-6 years) are scattered in several districts and cities in North Sulawesi Province. The results of this study showed that parenting resilience widely applied by parents is permissive style. This research is expected to be useful to provide an alternative approach about the resilience Parenting of Early Childhood in the disruptive era.
