Objetivo: Avaliar a efetividade do ângulo de fase como preditor para avaliação de cicatrização de lesões cutâneas ou risco de desenvolvê-las. Método: Revisão sistemática operacionalizada segundo metodologia Joanna Briggs Institute, recomendações checklist PRISMA. Pesquisa realizada nas bases: MEDLINE, EMBASE, LILACS, CINAHL, COCHRANE, literatura cinzenta, outubro/2020. Foram incluídos estudos que avaliaram pacientes com lesão, independentemente: tipo, gravidade e patologia de base ou estudos que avaliaram o risco de desenvolvimento de alguma lesão, sendo identificados 748 artigos e selecionados 5 estudos. Resultados: Quatro estudos demonstraram o uso do ângulo de fase para o desfecho cicatrização e, um estudo apontou uma possível relação do ângulo de fase com previsão de surgimento e risco de lesão por pressão. Conclusão: Apesar de poucos trabalhos científicos com o tema proposto, conseguiu demonstrar evidência moderada para desfecho cicatrização e baixa para desfecho risco de lesão.
