Este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre a utilização da ferramenta de qualidade Diagrama de Ishikawa. O objetivo deste estudo foi mostrar como as ferramentas de qualidade são importantes para a busca da melhoria continua de seus produtos por meio de aprimoramento nos processos. A ferramenta Diagrama de Ishikawa permite organizar informações para identificar as possíveis causas e efeitos do problema, mostrando as causas que possam contribuir para que o problema ocorra. Para a aplicação da ferramenta foi feito um estudo em artigos acadêmicos sobre o processo de forjamento e como pode ser feito a aplicação do diagrama de Ishikawa para encontrar a causa de não conformidade em uma peça, corpos moedores esféricos com diâmetro nominal de 90mm foi construído pela empresa X (nome da empresa não divulgado). Com a conclusão dos resultados da aplicação da ferramenta, pode se fazer sugestões para melhoria no processo produtivo e assim podendo alcançar melhor satisfação para empresa e clientes.
A Revolução Industrial mudou de forma significativa todo o contexto social. Com a evolução tecnológica, as Indústrias começaram a evoluir seus métodos de trabalho, passando a usar a tecnologia, de forma a melhorar todo o processo produtivo. A Indústria 4.0, também chamada de Quarta Revolução Industrial tem como principal característica a aplicação de tecnologias, a manufatura avançada e a modernização, tendo como principal objetivo o uso de máquinas e objetos inteligentes. Dentro desse contexto, o objetivo deste estudo é trazer o conceito da indústria 4.0, evidenciando aspectos da manufatura avançada, descrevendo também os desafios e oportunidades vivenciados pelas organizações que se adequam ao formato dessa modalidade de indústria. A metodologia utilizada neste estudo foi de revisão de literatura. O critério de inclusão dos artigos pesquisados está relacionado ao idioma (português) e a data de publicação (últimos dez anos). A literatura estudada traz os conceitos e evoluções tecnológicas pelas quais as indústrias passaram, evidenciando que a Indústria 4.0 traz em seu contexto a suma dos processos dos grandes avanços tecnológicos e que será sempre uma tendência no mercado que tem como principal característica o uso da tecnologia digital.
O processo de soldagem de pontos por resistência é largamente difundido na indústria automobilística, atualmente o mais aplicado na união dos variados tipos de chapas que formam a carroçaria. Em relação aos processos de soldagem por abertura de arco elétrico tem como vantagens principais, proporcionar menor aquecimento às partes unidas, uma vez que a fusão é restrita apenas ao local de formação do ponto, não acrescentar peso extra ao produto, uma vez que não utiliza materiais de adição além de proporcionar custos mais baixos. Atualmente a máquina de solda garante muita eficiência e produtividade no processo de união de metais, evitando erros comuns e o descarte desnecessário de matéria prima, por isso vêm sendo uma das mais utilizadas. É muito importante conhecer os métodos para que possam ser identificados quando devemos utilizar cada um. É importante ressaltar que para a realização do processo de soldagem, em qualquer situação, deve ser realizada por um profissional capacitado, e utilizar os EPIS necessários para que aconteçam de maneira segura e confiável, evitando possíveis acidentes. O objetivo central é a verificação dos estudos por meio de um levantamento de dados, de fatores críticos e favoráveis sobre o tema escolhido. Podemos concluir então que o processo de soldagem é um ramo da indústria no qual trará maiores demandas, desafios e exigências com o passar do tempo principalmente devido ao constante crescimento de exploração do gás e do petróleo, também refletido pelo aumento do consumo energético.
