This study refers to the theory of knowledge-based view which revealed knowledge as the source of the organization to achieve competitive advantage. This study applies intellectual capital and knowledge management as variables to test the effect on firm performance. The research data were garnered using primary data in the form of a questionnaire from directors of rural banks in the Riau Islands Province of Indonesia. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The results showed that intellectual capital and knowledge management have a positive and significant impact on firm performance.

Since in online business must involve a reliable marketing strategy to be able to compete in cyberspace to satisfie and growing customers’ loyalty when the transaction is done without meeting face to face with prospective customers or see the product in person. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the relationship of positive product quality, distribution, service quality, on customer loyalty. And the relationship of positive product quality, distribution and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction simultaneously; (2) to identify the factors that influence customers to choose a marketplace in Indonesia; (3) to analyze the needs and expectations of early consumers. This research was conducted using a survey method. Data were collected using a questionnaire tool with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method by taking 400 respondents from the top five marketplace customers in Indonesia. The results indicate that the number of visits and online transactions in the top five marketplaces in Indonesia has changed from previous research data. There is no significant effect of product quality on customer loyalty. However, after re-testing by removing outlier data, there is a significant positive effect of product quality on loyal customers. There is a significant effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. There is no significant effect of distribution on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. In addition, there is a significant effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

This study examines the effect of attitude, subjective norms, deal proneness and reciprocity toward purchase intention through subjective norms. The purposive sampling method was used to obtain data from 190 consumers of Starbucks through Line social media and the company's official account and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program. The result showed that (1) deal proneness positively influence attitude, (2) attitude has a positive influence on purchase intention, (3) reciprocity positively influence subjective norms, (4) subjective norms has a positive influence on purchase intention, (5) deal proneness positively influence purchase intention through attitude, and (6) reciprocity has a positive influence on purchase intention through subjective norms.

Research objective is to analyze whether local wisdom can moderate service quality with several variables involved, including developing strategy, service quality, customer experience, dimensions involved in this research are identifying the customer needs improvement strategy, and how the role of the government in supporting service quality by looking at the dimensions of interaction, education, entertainment, escapism, esthetic, network and outcomes. Local wisdom is a part of moderation in this research to be able to see the extent of the role of government and star hotels to respond wisely that has been passed down by its predecessors. Research method used in this study is the quantitative method and survey techniques. Number of samples needed in this study were 98 respondents given in the form of direct questionnaires and also through electronic media. Respondent was head and director of star hotel in Riau Islands. Processing was performed using Smart PLS. Results of this study are getting better if service quality is significantly positive with local wisdom and able to development of strategies to better support the tourism industry. Managerial implications in this study are to provide better information for relevant agencies in order to be able to maintain as a friendly national identity and also cultural and ancestral heritage by being positive in supporting the tourism industry.
