Abstrak: Pupuk kompos merupakan hasil teknologi penguraian secara parsial dari campuran bahan organik yang dapat dipercepat secara artifisial oleh populasi berbagai macam mikroba. Aktivator penambah didalam mempercepat proses penguraian menjadi kompos adalah Microbacter Alfaafa-11. Microbacter Alfaafa (MA-11) adalah super dekomposer mikroba yang mampu merombak rantai organik dengan cepat sehingga bisa mempercepat pengomposan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat stimulus dilakukan di Desa Sukadana Kecamatan Terara. Mitra Pengabdian ini adalah KUBE Pemuda Gubuk Timuk dengan jumlah anggota 15 pemuda. Tujuannya adalah pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos berbahan sumberdaya lokal. Sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan KUBE. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan society parcipatory dan extension. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peserta dalam hal ini pemuda KUBE aktif mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Terlihat bahwa pemahaman dan kemampuan membuat pupuk organik KUBE lebih dari 80 persen. Hasil uji mutu pupuk organik menunjukkan kandungan pH-H2o 8,98, kadar air sebesar 55,54%, Nitrogen 0,69% C-organik sebesar 15,14%, C/N Ratio sebesar 21,94 dan P2O5 sebesar 1,24%.Abstract: Compost is the result of partial decomposition technology from a mixture of organic matter that can be artificially accelerated by a population of various microbes. The additional activator in accelerating the decomposition process into compost is Microbacter Alfaafa-11. Microbacter Alfaafa (MA-11) is a microbial super decomposer that can remodel organic chains quickly so that it can accelerate composting. The implementation of community service stimulus was carried out in Sukadana Village, Terara District. This service partner is the Gubuk Timuk Youth KUBE with 15 youth members. The goal is training in making compost made from local resources. Thus, increasing the understanding and knowledge of KUBE. The implementation method uses a community participatory and extension approach. The results of the training showed that participants, in this case KUBE youth, actively participated in all series of activities. The understanding and ability to make KUBE organic fertilizer is more than 80 percent. The results of the organic fertilizer quality test showed that the pH-H2o content was 8.98, water content was 55.54%, Nitrogen 0.69% C-organic was 15.14%, C/N Ratio was 21.94 and P2O5 was 1.24%.
The use of hybrid rice varieties is currently one way to increase rice productivity nationally. However, there are still many people who are not familiar with hybrid rice, so people still depend on local rice varieties. This hybrid rice productivity is able to reach 12 tons/ha of harvested dry grain where the production is higher when compared to local rice which only reaches 6 to 7 tons/ha of dry harvested grain. The purpose of this study is to a) determine the amount of income earned by farmers on hybrid rice farming in Keruak sub- district and, b) knowing the feasibility of hybrid rice farming in Keruak sub-district. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with interview techniques in data collection in the field. While the results of the study obtained that the costs incurred were Rp. 20,180,928,/LLG or Rp. 22,760,446/ha. With a production of 8,067 Kg/LLG or 9,098 Kg per hectare with a production value of Rp. 32,268,000/LLG or Rp. 36,392,000/Ha While the average income received by hybrid rice farmers is Rp. 12,087,072/LLG or Rp. 13,631,554/Ha. The results of the analysis show that the R/C Ratio of 1.6 means that hybrid rice farming is feasible Abstrak Penggunaan varietas padi hibrida saat ini merupakan salah satu cara meningkatkan produktivitas padi secara nasional, Akan tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengenal padi hibrida, sehingga masyarakat tetap tergantung pada varietas padi local. Padi hibrida ini produktivitasnya mampu mencapai 12 ton/Ha gabah kering panen dimana produksinya lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan padi local yang hanya mencapai 6 sampai 7 ton/ha gabah kering panen.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk a) mengetahui besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh petani pada usahatani padi hibrida di kecamatan Keruak dan, b) mengetahui kelayakan usahatani padi hibrida di kecamatan Keruak. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknk wawancara dalam pengambilan data di lapangan.Sedangkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh biaya yang dkeluarkan sebesar Rp. 20.180.928,/LLG atau Rp. 22.760.446 / ha. Dengan produksi sebesar 8.067 Kg/LLG atau 9.098 Kg perhektar dengan nilai produksi sebesar Rp. 32.268.000/LLG atau Rp. 36.392.000/Ha Sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan yang diterima petani padi hibrida Rp 12.087.072/LLG atau Rp 13.631.554/Ha. Dari hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa R/C Ratio 1,6 berarti usaha tani padi hibrida layak diusahakan
The need for organic fertilizers is always increasing in the development of food crops in Indonesia, especially in the East Lombok Regency. The increase in fertilizer demand was driven by the scarcity of fertilizers and the lack of subsidized fertilizers in various regions. In processing livestock manure such as cow manure, it is still very minimal because farmers in the area have not processed it optimally. This is because cow dung is considered to cause an unpleasant odor, is dirty and can cause many diseases, causing the desire to throw it away. Whereas cow dung can be utilized optimally as the main ingredient for making compost. Efforts to add compost activator can be done by adding MA-11 or better known as microbacter alfaafa-11 as the main decomposer. The purpose of this community service (PKM) is for farmer groups in Gapuk Village by utilizing cow dung so that its management can be processed optimally so that in the long term it is expected to be able to produce at affordable prices and environmentally friendly. This activity uses the following methods: a) counseling and face-to-face on the importance of processing cow dung into organic fertilizer, b) knowledge training on how to make organic fertilizer with cow dung and MA-11 decomposer, and c) demonstration of making organic fertilizer.
The main objective of this research is to identify and introduce various types of pests to farmers in Teko Village, Pringgebaya District. The method used is a survey method with a data collection approach in the form of direct observation on the expanse of chili plants and questionnaires as a guide for interviews with respondent farmers. Identification of pests on chili plants in Teko Village, namely: yellow virus, anthracnose fruit rot, fruit and leaf rot, whitefly, weeds (puzzle grass, spinach, and grass weeds).
This research was to determine the income, added value, and feasibility of the processed bean business in Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency, Indonesia. This research used a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and interviews to 30 respondents of bean processors in Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency. The samples were quoted proportionally for each selected village. The data analysis methods used in this study are production costs, income, revenue, added value, and R/C Ratio. The results showed that the average production per month was 142.17 Kg. The monthly revenue received by the processed bean home industry is IDR 7,819,167, with a total income of IDR 2,744,677. The added value generated by the processed beans was IDR 5,390,350 per month (69%). The R/C ratio reached 1.54, and therefore the bean processing home industry business in Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency, is feasible. This implies that running this business is profitable and can improve the income of the bean processors, all of which can improve the food security status of their households.
