<p class="REDUTEXTORESUMEN">En la Argentina, las reformas educativas universitarias de las últimas décadas han buscado incidir de modo particular tanto sobre el currículo como en la cultura docente. En el primer caso, a través de una organización de la enseñanza en torno a las competencias; en el segundo, de la incorporación de las tutorías docentes. Frente a cambios de tal magnitud, y en contextos de trabajo poco favorables para su deliberación, es válido preguntarse cómo se incorporan estos cambios, cómo se los apropian los docentes y qué implicancias tienen los mismos para ellos. Atendiendo a estos interrogantes, en este trabajo se presentan los avances de una tesis doctoral que aborda el estudio de las perspectivas de docentes universitarios sobre los principales cambios delineados para las carreras de ingeniería. Específicamente, se presentan las perspectivas que sobre las tutorías tiene un grupo de docentes tutores de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto (Argentina). A partir del análisis de documentos, entrevistas y observaciones de reuniones de trabajo, se han identificado, al menos, dos perspectivas: una que considera a la tutoría como una actividad marginal, y otra que la concibe como una función integrada a la docencia de grado. Estas perspectivas sobre las tutorías se relacionan asimismo, con otras más amplias referidas al cambio educativo y que permiten comprender cómo se produce y qué aspectos lo facilitan o lo obstaculizan.</p><p><strong><br /><br /></strong></p>
