Consumer innovativeness is the degree to which the innovative is received independently. Innovativeness is also defined as the degree to which individuals (other adoption units) adopt new ideas faster than other members in a system. The aims of this article are to provide the literature reviews of consumer innovativeness concepts along with the measurement scales. The term consumer innovativeness is very diverse, depending on the research contexts. Consumer innovativeness is adopted on online shopping behaviours, eco-innovative adoptions, eco-friendly consumer behaviour, pro-environmental behaviour, etc. The level of consumer innovativeness concept is differentiated into two levels; general and specific level. General level of innovativeness includes global innovativeness and innate innovativeness. Specific level is known as domain-specific innovativeness. The different concepts and terms cause differences in the measurement. This article also examines innovativeness in individual and organizational unit analysis. Various definitions of innovativeness with diverse views are presented.
This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image on consumer loyalty Telkomsel in the city of Surakarta with consumer satisfaction and brand trust as mediating variables. This study uses quantitative research methods, and sampling is carried out using non-probability methods. The number of respondents used was 167 respondents. This research uses SEM Smart PLS analysis method. The results showed that the variable (1) brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, (3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (4) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (5) consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, (6) brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. In addition, the variables of consumer satisfaction and brand trust significantly prove as mediate partially.
The development of the internet makes the growth of e-commerce, one of which is Shoppe. In Indonesia, Shopee is an online buying and selling facility that provides various products, including fashion, gadgets, cosmetics, etc.; this study aims to analyze the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth, Celebrity Endorser on purchase intention mediated with Brand image study on the halal cosmetic product in shoppe marketplace. The research technique used is quantitative, data collection uses a questionnaire method, and the sample in this study amounted to 100 people. Analysis in this study was assisted using SmartPLS 3.0. The result is that e-WOM and celebrity endorser have positive and significant effects on Brand Image. In addition, e-WOM and celebrity endorser have positive and significant effects on purchase intention. While, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention mediated by brand image, Celebrity endorsers have an effect on purchase intention mediated by brand image, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at shopee. This research focuses on products with halal labels in the Shopee marketplace.
: This study aims to determine the effect of information quality, service quality, as antecedent of online purchasing decision behavior. The population in this study is consumer who had been shopping for products or goods through the sale and purchase site of tokopedia.com. This study using 100 respondents, sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The paradigm of this study is positivism and using survey as design research. Data analyzed in this research includes measurement test, normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskedastisity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and the value of coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of online purchasing decisions. Service quality variable have positive and significant effect to online purchasing decision behavior. Confidence variables have a significant and negative effect on online purchase decision behavior. Simultaneously the quality of information, service quality, and trust have a significant influence on the behavior of purchasing decision. The variance of independent variables in explainable online decision are 17,4% and the rest explained by other variable outside of this research.Abstraksi : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, sebagai anteseden perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah berbelanja produk atau barang melalui situs jual beli tokopedia.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah positivisme dan menggunakan survei sebagai penelitian desain. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji pengukuran, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, t-test, uji F, dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Variabel keyakinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian online. Bersamaan dengan itu kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku keputusan pembelian. Varians variabel independen dalam keputusan online yang dapat dijelaskan adalah 17,4% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
