An increasing number of young investors have an important role in supporting the economy. However, increasing the number of investors does not mean much if the investment decisions made are not right, so it needs to be supported by an understanding of good finance. Stocks offer opportunities to get a higher return, with a higher risk as well. Stocks have varying levels of risk, such as companies that carry out sustainable business practices will differ from companies that do not, so perceived risk can influence investor’s investment decisions. Therefore, this study aims to identify the effect of financial literacy and green perceived risk on millennial generation investment decisions on the SRI-KEHATI stock index. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed there was a significant positive influence of financial literacy to investment decisions, which means that the better the literacy the better the decision. Green perceived risk has a significant negative effect on investment decisions, which means the greater the risk of environmental damage, the less likely it to invest in the SRI-KEHATI stock index.
Social Return On Investment analysis is a process of measuring social return values produced by an organization based on cost-benefit analysis, social accounting and social audit. PT Catur Elang Perkasa is a company who actively implementing CSR programs. This study aims to analyze the impact of social investment from the implementation of CSR program by calculating the value of the SROI ratio and the value of financial achievements. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the SROI analysis method consists of six stages analysis. The results showed an SROI ratio of 1.56: 1 means that for every Rp1 invested, produced a social return value of Rp1.56. The value of financial achievements of this research is Rp294 037 274 out of the total input value of Rp188 485 432. The results showed that PT Catur Elang Perkasa has succeeded in creating a social impact that provides benefits to its stakeholders because it has produced a positive SROI ratio.
The digital economy has changed the way Indonesians transact from cash payments to non-cash payments, thus creating a cashless society trend that is in line with regulations related to electronic money. Electronic money can be divided into e-money (chip-based) and also e-wallets (server-based). E-wallet is one of the most widely used payment methods today because it offers various conveniences and benefits for its users. The most widely used digital wallet in Indonesia is ShopeePay. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and ease of use on intention to reuse ShopeePay with the brand image as a moderation variable. The population in this study are e-commerce Shopee users who have transacted using ShopeePay in Jabodetabek whose number are not known for certain. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 195 respondents and the data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that promotion has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, brand image has a positive and significant effect as a moderation of the relationship between promotion and the intention to reuse, and brand image is not variable moderating for the relationship between ease of use and intention to reuse. BUMDes Cibadak Mandiri has stopped operating, so to revive it, it must be replaced by new management. The new management seeks apartner to restore and run the business. The "Dosen IPB Mengabdi" program in BUMDes Cibadak Mandiri aims to assist management in analyzing and evaluating previous management problems, determining business priorities, and motivating new management. The method used in analyzing the problem was a fishbone diagram with a participatory approach and used the brainstorming approach to determine priority business. Management, business unit leaders, and local participants attended the activity. The six main issues found were a need for more capability of human resources, capital, business partner responsibilities, unstructured organization/management, nonperforming loan, and lack of market understanding. Several alternatives were proposed by participants, such as gathering/workshops, training, looking for committed people, investors, and open recruiting volunteers. At the same time, the business priorities that should be carried out are karst mountain tourism, distribution and management of clean water (PAM), and bottled drinking water (AMDK). The methods were conducted to raise awareness of the new board and the role of related stakeholders, especially agreements in describing problems, alternative solutions, and choices of BUMDes business priorities. These processes give valuable insight into the current state of management to reactivate of BUMDes and alternatives action to tackle this situation.
The sharia capital market in Indonesia has grown over the last five years. One of the members of the sharia capital market instrument is sharia shares. During the 2015-2020 period, the number of Islamic stock issuers continued to grow. The stock index is used by investors as a tool to choose stocks that suit their needs. IDX has issued three sharia stock indexes, and the most recent one is the JII70 index. A stock index is a collection of statistics about the price movement of a group of stocks that is evaluated periodically. One of the many factors that influence stock prices is the company's financial ratios. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial ratio factors such as Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) on the stock price of JII70 indexed companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of JII70 indexed company financial statements in the 2018-2020 period. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. This research uses panel data regression analysis method. The results of this study show a significant effect of the DER and EPS variables on stock prices, while the CR, TATO and ROE variables do not significantly affect stock prices.Keywords: Share Price, JII70, Financial Ratio, Panel Data Regression, Sharia Shares
