For the effective functioning of the industrial enterprises and optimization of the production capacities it is necessary to predict the optimum inventory level of a production line on the basis of logistical approaches and studying the demand for products. Studies were conducted using the example of one industrial enterprise from the Udmurt Republic and there was proposed the inventory control model with the help of exponential smoothing and confidence interval.
Authors propose to use the genetic algorithm as direct optimization method for optimal control of petroleum well mode in case of single-phase flow. In this work, a conventional finite-difference approximation is used to describe the reservoir. The objective was minimization of residual reservoir energy provided that planned cumulative oil production is satisfied.
The principles and functional diagram of the business processes of the transport and logistics system are presented in the article. Based on these, the use of modern information technologies for the design of business processes and their continuous monitoring is justified. The possibilities and areas of application of the computer assisted platform “AnyLogic” are illustrated. An example of designing of a distribution business process for transport using the cloud-based information system “AnyLogic” is shown.
For the effective functioning of scrap processing enterprises and optimization of the production capacities it is necessary to predict the optimal level of production stock based on logistical approaches and studying the demand for products. The paper proposes the model of stock control at scrap processing enterprises. It is considered that scrap processing enterprises are often functioning at the oligopsony market. It has been determined that the scrap market is a typical example of the oligopsony market. In the oligopsony market, enterprises are usually in a state that can be considered a state of equilibrium, when none of the market players is profitable to break this balance. Changes in market prices or price policies should be deliberate and justified. The relation of pricing models and stock control models at enterprises are considered. By regulating its price, the company can significantly and quickly change the number of scrap stocks. It is stated that an enterprise having its pricing system should track the number of scrap stocks. The method of stock controlling at the enterprise by changing its pricing policy is proposed. The model considers the expected value of demand, the price elasticity of supply and demand, storage costs, the stock volume at the warehouse and the specific loss due to unsatisfied demand. The inventory management model is based on modern models of scrap price forecasting, is an optimization model and is based on it proposed the algorithm for the functioning of the computer-aided system of stock control.
In the article we consider the main criteria for the effectiveness of the pig-breeding enterprise. We conducted a comparative analysis of the approaches considered by various authors and selected the most popular indicators, followed by an explanation of the significance and importance of each of them. A system of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of a pig-breeding enterprise has been developed. The use of the following indicators is proposed: the number of piglets from one main sow (per farrow and per year); number of farrowing per year; average daily gain (in fattening and in the herd as a whole); feed conversion (for the herd, taking into account the costs of the parent herd and for fattening); profitability (loss ratio)%; age of livestock being slaughtered, days; and average live weight of sales, kg. It is proved that one of the organizational and economic mechanisms of enterprise performance management is the development of such a system of key performance indicators of personnel performance, which determines the dependence of the company’s performance on the performance indicators of personnel. A system of key indicators of personnel efficiency is proposed, labor stimulation is determined to improve these indicators in this research, which ultimately leads to an increase in the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.
