This research is motivated by the increasingly widespread people of Bogor Regency who rarely use Sundanese in every opportunity. The purpose of this study was to describe the attitudes of the people of Bogor Regency towards Sundanese viewed from (a) gender factors, (b) age factors, (c) type of work factors, and (d) level of education factors. The subjects of this research are the people who live in Bogor Regency. Data collection in this study uses the method of observation, questionnaires, and interviews. This study links the social characteristics of respondents with their opinions or justifications for Sundanese as a mother tongue. The results of this study about the attitudes of the people of Bogor Regency towards Sundanese viewed from (a) gender factors, the average value reached 69.24 according to either category. (b) the age factor average value reached 69 in the good category (c) factor type of work the average value reached 69.6 depending on the good category. (d) the level of education factor on average value reaches 69.16 close to either category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the language of the people of Bogor Regency has a good language attitude towards Sundanese.
With an average class grade of 86.9 prior to the Covid-19 epidemic, Journalistic Course Studying Achievements (CPMK) by learning news writing techniques was quite ideal. During a pandemic, the course manager expects that CPMK Journalism will continue to function at its best. As a result, academics are working on it and lecturers are putting interactive learning techniques for news writing skills into use via the WhatsApp Group. The one-group, pretest-posttest design of this study combined a descriptive quantitative technique with a pre-experimental design method. This study used interactive learning approaches for news writing skills utilizing the WhatsApp Group. The strategies were taken from Komara (2014). Based on the calculation of the mean (average value), the student received a pretest score of 70.5. Based on the calculation of the mean (average value), the student received a posttest score of 91.5. According to the research questionnaire's findings from ten assertions, students are generally open to using the WhatsApp Group to adopt interactive learning strategies. They also favor using the WhatsApp Group to master interactive news writing tactics.
Language is studied by humans differently based on the environment in which they are located, so that languages around the world are very diverse. This is because culture, condition, geography, and nature are different between one group of human beings and the others from one place to anothercommunity. Itis known in SindangJawa Cirebon Village that the society in RW 1 (KampungPontas) alongwith RW 2, 3, 4, and 5, agreed to express the real reason why people from KampungPontas who use Javanese language astheir mother language have difficulty in using Sundanese , unlike those in RW 2, 3, 4, and 5 that are generally fluent in Javanese. In the opinion of both people said that the words in Sundanese often use the phoneme "eu", which makes people said Pontas that in fact the Javanese become lazy and difficult in usingSundanese language. The researcher concluded that the lackof ability in these two language skills ultimately influenced the level of bilingual and multilingual capabilities of the community in Pontas Village.
The implementation of learning literary studies courses can be directed at efforts to implement education and student character development. Development of teaching materials is essentially part of overall curriculum development. If you expect graduates of a certain level of education to have the desired character qualifications, a curriculum designed to achieve that goal must also be developed based on the principles of character values. To be precise, the developed learning materials must also meet these demands. That is, the design and development of teaching materials must be deliberately designed to produce graduates who are cultured and of character. Character education is one of the supporters of Indonesia's national education goals. When the lecturers in the class have implemented their learning with character education (contained in the RPS lecturer Poetry Study course), however teaching material also needs to be developed with a character education approach. Therefore, in this study developed teaching materials for the study of poetry based on character education.
