This study aims to determine the response of fishermen to insurance, so it can be seen how the right insurance model for fishermen in order to support the accessibility of capital to financial institutions such as LKMS. The determination of the insurance model in this study uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, where the decision is made by considering and validating empirical experience. The results of this study indicate that the most appropriate insurance model is Partner Agent with a value of 0.4774. Partners who are invited to work together in this regard are KUD Fishermen. The most appropriate insurance product is a Health Insurance product with a weight of 0.4878. Based on these results the researchers made several alternative microinsurance models in accordance with each category of fishermen including, the KUDN Partner Model for Small Fishermen, the Micro-ABK Model for Workers Fishermen, and the Full Service Insurance Company (LPPA) Model for Fishermen employer.
Research Design using Cross-Sectional Design. The population is all mothers with infants in the Pesantren District of Kediri City using the incidental sampling technique, with a sample of 30 respondents. The Independent variable is Family Social Support and the Dependent variable is Lactation Management. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Statistical tests using the spearmen rho The results showed that the most supportive assessment of family support was as good as 18 respondents (60%), Instrumental Support was mostly as good as 18 respondents (60%), the most information support was good as many as 15 respondents (50 %) The most emotional support is good as many as 15 respondents (50%). The results of the study using the Rho spearman test obtained p = 0.025 with a Correlation Coefficient of 0.612 which means there is a strong relationship between family support and lactation management.
Indonesia is called a disaster laboratory for the whole world this is because all types of disasters have occurred. One of the natural disasters that often occurs in Indonesia is Mount erupting, this is because there are 127 active volcanoes, one of which is Mount Kelud which is in Kediri East Java. The purpose of this research was to find out how disaster management in the Kelud community in facing Mount Kelud erupting. The design of this research was a qualitative phenomenological study. The population was the Kelud community in Kepung and Puncu districts. The number of participants was 15 people. The data collection process was carried out with online Focus Discussion Group guidelines. Data analysis had identified two important themes in disaster management in the Kelud community. Introduction: Natural disasters often occur in Indonesia have prompted the Indonesian government to organize community-based disaster risk reduction which aims to make all Indonesian people resilient in dealing with disasters. The Kelud community is a disaster-resilient community capable of living in peace with disasters and able to immediately rise after experiencing a disaster. The purpose of this study was determined the principles of disaster management in the Kelud community. Methods: This study was a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. The population in this study were people living close to Mount Kelud, namely Wonorejo Village, Kepung District, and Kebonrejo Village, Puncu District. This study used purposive sampling totaling 15 participants. Data were collected by means of a Focus Group Discussion using an online interview guide, trustworthiness was performed by data triangulation. Results: Data analysis found three themes in the coping principles 1) Fast and precise principles, 2) Priority principles, and 3) Communication and coordination principles. Participants followed the discussion process well, answering questions based on experiences carried out in disaster management. Conclusion: The community is able to implement the principles of disaster management according to the knowledge and skills they have acquired at the training held by the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Jangkar Kelud, and based on the experiences carried out when Mount Kelud erupted.
Background: Society is an important element in a nation, especially in disaster management. Based on the law, one of the obligations of the community in disaster management is to carry out disaster management activities so that this requires every Indonesian citizen to play an active role in disaster management activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities carried out by the Kelud slope community in disaster management that had been carried out. Methods : design of this research is a qualitative phenomenological study, data collection is carried out using online Focus Group Discussion. The participants in this study were good community leaders consisting of government elements, disaster preparedness teams, and the general public. Data analysis was carried out based on a qualitative research design. Results: The results of this study show that community activities in disaster management are following the experiences that have been carried out in the pre-disaster, during, and post-disaster phases. Conclusion : Communities in the Kelud slope area are active in volcanic eruption disaster management activities that are resilient in dealing with volcanic eruptions.
