Selected values are given for the thermochemical properties of the more common compounds of sodium and potassium. A more extensive set of selections is provided for rubidium compounds. The properties included where data are available, are enthalpy of formation at 0 K and 298.15 K Z^f(O) and AHf (298), Gibbs energy of formation, entropy and heat capacity at 298.15^f(298), S(298) and Cp(298), and the enthalpy difference between 0 K and 298.15 K, H(298)-H(0). The values are consistent with the tables issued earlier in the NBS Technical Note 270 series.
Selected values are given for the thermochemica 1 properties of the compounds of thorium. They are obtained from a computer-assisted least sums-least squares approach to the evaluation of thermodynamic data networks. The properties given, where data are available, are enthalpy of formation, Gibbs energy of formation, and entropy at 298.15 K (AHf°(298), AGf°(298), and S°(298)). The values are consistent with the CODATA Key Values for Thermodynamics. The reaction catalog from which this self consistent set of values is generated is given with a statistical analysis. Some thermal functions are also given, as well as detailed comments when necessary.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
