O trabalho objetiva desenvolver novas formulações da pedra sintética, utilizando matéria prima reciclada, com a devida comprovação técnica de viabilidade do processo, prospectando uma solução trivial para a problemática de resíduos sólidos better than the limestone, typically used, both as pure mineral, as product in subsequent recycling, up to the forth cycle (the density of this Group reduced 41%, minimum absolut value considering the synthetic stones). However, in relation to the Elastic Modulus E, both, the Synthetic Marble and the stone waste, presented a reduction from about 13.0GPa to 1.7 GPa on average, reducing its rigidity. Using analysis tools to evaluate mechanical properties, the work also includes the feasibility of Articulated Support as an alternative testing tool to perform three points bending tests in irregular samples testing tool bending three points alternative to irregular samples, having proven its effectiveness for the final purpose the end designed, with better repeatability in testing, and better results than the conventional fixed support.
