This research is directed to 3 main points, that is (1) How is the application of student management of VIII E class student in MTsN Sambirejo in academic year 2016/2017? (2)
The abundance potential of Natural Resource (SDA) and Human Resources (HR) are still not providing a great space for the improvement of welfare for the mothers in Cantuk village, Banyuwangi. The data shown that most of housewives of Rampan Hamlet, Cantuk Village, were still many unemployed. However, on the one hand they had culinary skills in particular and traditional cuisine. Some culinary effort had been developed, one of which attempt to make banana, one of them was the banana chip business, but this effort did not last long because the product marketing was not maximized. From the background, through Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, mentoring housewives’ community in strengthening the capacity of traditional culinary product sales through “Jajanan Bengi Tombo Kangen” Bazaar. The results of this mentoring were able to mobilize the housewives who were members on Moslem Al-Hikmah Rampan Hamlet, and various Hamlet around Cantuk Village to initiate and realize traditional food marketing regularly. Through this Bazaar, variety housewives’ traditional products such as pancake, cenil, klepon, and other traditional food could be distributed and sold so well, as to increase their family's income from selling traditional food in "Jajanan Bengi Tombo Kangen" Bazaar.
Pemerintah daerah kabupaten Banyuwangi, yang telah mulai menggerakkan seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk peduli dengan sampah. Dinas kebersihan dan pertamanan (DKP) telah membentuk Bank sampah dengan menggerakkan Dasa Wisma (Dawis)yang ada di tiap-tiap kelurahan dan desa yang ada di kota Banyuwangi. Penanganan dan pengelolaan sampah yang benar sangat penting untuk dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren. Pondok Pesantren saat ini sudah seharusnya menjadi tempat untuk belajar tentang pengelolaan sampah yang benar, memulai membangun kesadaran akan penanganan dan pengelolaan sampah dengan membentuk bank sampah berbasis pesantren. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang ada di SMK Ibnu Sina yang berada di PP Ibnu Sina. (2) Untuk melihat Kepedulian siswa di SMK Ibnu Sina yang berada di PP Ibnu Sina tentang kebersihan lingkungan. (3) Memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah, dan dilanjutkan membentuk bank sampah, diharapkan akan menciptakan lingkungan sehat dan bersih. Kegiatan sosialisasi telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Nopember 2016, dan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pelatihan pengelolaan sampah organik dan Pelatihan pengolahan sampah non organik, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Desember 2016. Selanjutnya juga telah dibentuk kader untuk dapat melanjutkan perintisan pendirian bank sampah. Dan dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan dana maka untuk menindaklanjuti kegiatan pengabdian tersebut akan dilanjutkan oleh Bank Sampah Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi, di bawah pengawasan dan koordinasi Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Institut Agama Islam Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether: 1) knowing the quality of service and profit sharing on the customer's saving decision at the same time has a positive effect and significance 2) Knowing the impact of quality of service and profit sharing on the customer's saving decision partially has a positive effect and significance. Ha (1): There is the effect of service quality and profit sharing partially on customers' saving decisions at Bank Syariah Rogojampi. ha (2) There is a simultaneous influence of service quality and profit sharing on customers' saving decisions at Bank Syariah in Rogojampi. The conclusion of the partial and simultaneous results is that there is a positive influence between the variables X1 (quality of service), X2 (profit sharing), and Y (saving decision) with an R of 0.745 and a significance of 20.544 > 3.28.
The purpose of this study was to 1) Determine whether the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) simultaneously influence Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) of Wardah cosmetic products in IAI Darussalam students; 2) Knowing whether the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) has a partial effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) of Wardah cosmetic products in IAI Darussalam students. This research uses a quantitative research approach with the type of data collection through the method of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The sampling method in this study is a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. Research Results 1) Significantly the Quality of Halal Products (X1) has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y); 2) Significantly Religiosity (X2) has no effect on Buying Interest (Y); 3) Simultaneously, the strategy for the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) for Wardah cosmetics products.
