Objetivo: Analisar como se configura a articulação entre profissionais da educação, da saúde e familiares no processo de inclusão escolar. Método: Estudo qualitativo interpretativo, orientado pelo referencial de Boaventura de Sousa Santos que contou a com participação de 43 entrevistados. As entrevistas guiadas por roteiro semiestruturado foram submetidas à análise de conteúdo. Resultados: A análise permitiu identificar três categorias: a família no contexto da inclusão escolar e a relação com a escola; a atenção à criança no Sistema Único de Saúde na perspectiva dos profissionais da educação e a desarticulação entre profissionais da educação e da saúde. Conclusão: Há ausência de interação entre a enfermagem e outros profissionais de saúde com a educação. Na perspectiva dos profissionais da educação e dos cuidadores, as dificuldades relacionadas aos atendimentos de saúde no SUS, como a demora dos procedimentos e a falta de especialistas, constituem-se em desafios para o processo de inclusão, considerando que conhecer a condição da criança é um aspecto que favorece adaptações ao seu processo de aprendizagem. Os profissionais reconhecem que, no cenário de investigação, a articulação entre profissionais da educação e da saúde poderia contribuir, consideravelmente, para o aprendizado infantil. Entretanto este estudo ressalta a importância da atuação do enfermeiro no cenário da inclusão escolar com equipe multidisciplinar.
Objetivo: Analisar o processo de inclusão escolar na perspectiva de profissionais da educação do ensino fundamental e de cuidadores de crianças com deficiência. A análise permitiu identificar três categorias: O conhecimento dos profissionais da educação sobre a deficiência infantil e inclusão escolar; A inclusão para a criança na perspectiva dos profissionais da educação e cuidadores e Mudanças necessárias à inclusão. Conclusão: No cenário de investigação há desafios para uma educação de fato inclusiva. Diante disso identifica-se que os enfermeiros poderiam atuar nos ambientes escolares para contribuir com aspectos que envolvem a inclusão. Além disso, são necessárias mudanças na infraestrutura das escolas; no ensino dos cursos de graduação na área da educação; na concepção sobre deficiência e capacitação dos profissionais envolvidos.
Objetivo: Analisar a completude do esquema vacinal contra hepatite B (recombinante) de adultos em município de Minas Gerais, segundo registros de imunização no Sistema de Informação do Programa Nacional de Imunização (SIPNI). Métodos: Estudo transversal, descritivo e analítico realizado à partir da base de dados do SIPNI, em 2019. Foram analisados 654 registros de pessoas vacinadas contra a hepatite B (recombinante). Resultados: Identificou-se que apenas 10,55% dos vacinados completaram o esquema vacinal contra hepatite B (recombinante). Indivíduos do sexo feminino apresentaram 3,23 vezes mais chances de ter esquema vacinal completo se comparado com o sexo masculino e aqueles com 50 anos e mais têm 2,77 vezes mais chances de ter esquema completo se comparados com indivíduos de 25 a 49 anos. O tempo médio para fechamento do esquema vacinal foi de 244 dias. Conclusão: O presente estudo apontou para uma baixa completude no esquema vacinal contra hepatite B.
