Work from home or work from home which is currently being carried out is a follow up to President Joko Widodo's appeal at a press conference at the Presidential Palace, calling for minimization of the spread of the new type of corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) that causes Covid-19, the public is asked to work, study, and worship from home, one of which creates a system of working from home. the purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of Work From Home (WFH) Policy on the Welfare of Online Transportation Drivers. The method used in this study uses a library method or approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by exploring journals, books and online media. And data processing using Nvivo Plus 12. The results of the study showed that the WFH policy reduced the level of welfare of the online transportation drivers, it can be seen from the level of their needs that were still unfulfilled. Even physiological needs which should be basic needs for everyone, the need for it cannot be fulfilled because their income has decreased dramatically since the enactment of this WFH policy.
Indonesia sangat rentan terhadap dampak pemanasan global, perubahan iklim, dan kejadian bencana. Sebagai negara tropis, Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara penghasil emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) terbesar di dunia. Peningkatan emisi GRK menyebabkan pemanasan gobal, perubahan iklim dan kejadian bencana yang langsung terlihat seperti tingginya permukaan laut, cuaca ekstrim, banjir, longsor, dan polusi udara. Dalam mengkomunikasikan risiko bencana lingkungan, Pemerintah dianggap paling tepat sebagai komunikator risiko. Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK), telah melakukan komunikasi risiko untuk menahan laju emisi GRK di Indonesia. Penelitian bertujuan mengeksplorasi proses komunikasi risiko yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah dan pesan risiko yang disampaikannya dalam penurunan emisi GRK di Indonesia, Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui telaah dokumen pemerintah, studi literatur, observasi langsung dengan mengamati program pemerintah, dan observasi partisipan dengan melibatkan diri pada komunitas Jejaring Indonesia Rendah Emisi (JIRE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, proses komunikasi risiko dijalankan oleh masing-masing sektor terkait penurunan emisi GRK, dikoordinir oleh leading sector yaitu Direktorat Inventarisasi GRK, KLHK. Namun, komunikasi risiko tersebut belum memiliki pesan risiko yang dibangun secara utuh melalui media internal yang dimiliki leading sector tersebut. Pengembangan pesan risiko harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi risiko pemerintah.
Waste management problems are common in big cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta. Various waste problems such as: a significant increase in the volume of waste from year to year, poor waste management, and a low culture of cleanliness in the society still shackles Jakarta nowadays. The policy was initiated in the form of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation No. 3 of 2013 concerning Waste Management to alleviate various solid waste problems, including through the waste bank program and 3R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle). This study aims at analyzing the implementation of these policies using Edward III theory in Subarsono (2012) which consists of Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. Qualitative approaches and descriptive methods were used in this research. The results of this study are, the implementation of solid waste management policies in DKI Jakarta Selatan has not been very good. It is due to the socialization of policies and programs carried out by the government only reached the Sub-district level, not yet at the Neighbourhood level; Lack of commitment from the government and the society in supporting the implementation of good waste management. From the bureaucratic structure and authority of the Environmental Agency, it can be stated that it was quite good and met the principles of good governance, less optimal use of budget, with a very large budget (Rp. 3.7 trillion), the problem of flooding and waste accumulation in the river had not been resolved.
The momentum of decentralization that occurred in 1998 gave hope for the improvement of the quality of education services, especially in border areas. However, although several of policy instruments have been established, some empirical studies precisely showed that hope still difficult to realize. This research aims to analyzing how key determinants of elementary school education policy implementation in border areas are operationalized, with Sekayam and Entikong Districts, Sanggau Regency, West Borneo Province as a specific locus. Qualitative approach with descriptive methods used in this research. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, FGD, direct observation, and documentation, meanwhile data analysis techniques used Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models. This research finds that key determinants of elementary school education policy implementation in border areas which consists of the dimensions: design of the policy, stakeholders, context, the implementation strategy is not fully optimal. This research recommends several things such as: the government needs to increase the accessibility of better education, strengthen collaboration between the central government and local governments, strengthen planning and budgeting, and needed holistic evaluation of the application of E-Takola so that the aid mechanism provided to elementary schools in all border areas can be more effective.
