Faktor-faktor dari keberhasilan pengembangan BUMDes danUMKM di antaranya adalah faktor manajemen produksi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen keuangan, dan manajemen pemasaran dan informasi agar bisa melakukan akses global. Selama ini kualitas sumber daya manusia atau pengelola yangbekerja di BUMDes dan UMKM pada umumnya masih sangat rendah, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan masih rendahnya kualitas produk, terbatasnya kemampuan untuk mengembangkan produk-produk baru, lambannya penerapan teknologi, dan lemahnya pengelolaan usaha. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah Mendukung perkembangan dan kemajuan usaha-usaha yang ada didesa khususnnya. Maka hasil dari pendampingan manajemen tata kelola dalam diharapkan bisa meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan desa yang mempunyai Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah di Payo Kecamatan Merapi Barat Kabupaten Lahat Sumatera Selatan. Kemudian diharapkan kedepan UMKM dan BUMDes mampu melaksanakan fungsional manajemen tata kelola meliputi tata kelola keuangan, produksi, sumberdayamanusia,danpemasaran. Peran jamur Fusarium non patogenik sangat penting dalam mengendalikan maupun mencegah serangan jamur patogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici. Tujuan dari riset ini yaitu mengetahui keanekaragaman jamur Fusarium sp. di lahan endemis dan supresif serta potensi antagonismnya terhadap patogen layu fusarium. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium Jurusan Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya dan laboratorium Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan komparasi dan eksplorasi jamur Fusarium dalam rizosfer di lahan endemis layu fusarium tomat dan lahan supresif. Jamur fusarium yang ditemukan di lahan endemis terdiri dari 58 koloni dengan hasil identifikasi sebanyak 3 isolat yaitu Fusarium sp. 1, Fusarium sp. 2, Fusarium sp. 3. Sedangkan jamur fusarium yang ditemukan di lahan supresif sebanyak 11 koloni yang terdiri dari 2 isolat yaitu Fusarium sp. 4 dan Fusarium sp. 5. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman di lahan endemis (4,06) termasuk kategori keanekaragaman tinggi, penyebaran jumlah individu tiap jenis tinggi dan lahan supresif (2,39) termasuk kategori keanekaragaman sedang, penyebaran jumlah individu tiap jenis sedang. Indeks keseragaman di lahan endemis (0,465) dengan kriteria rendah dan lahan supresif (0,701) dengan kriteria sedang. Nilai indeks dominasi di lahan endemis (3,689) dan di lahan supresif (3,45) termasuk kriteria terdapat jenis yang mendominasi. Hasil penghambatan uji antagonis tertinggi yaitu isolat Fusarium sp. 3 (58,46) dari lahan endemis sedangkan dari lahan supresif yaitu isolat Fusarium sp. 5 (55,38).
In the 21st-century competency framework, one of the indicators that can support competence is media information and technology. Higher education in Indonesia has been able to provide E-Learning (EL) experiences to their students, but not many use platform mobile tools. The use of digital media in the learning process is not fully effective, several problems that hinder the success of digital learning, one of which is limited tools, internet quotas, and learning content that is not by student needs, some untapped potential in digital learning systems also affect sustainability, EL one of which is learning innovations such as Mobile Learning (ML). This study aims to identify student satisfaction using ML which is measured as a direct measure of the results and predictors that have an impact on it. This survey collected data from 384 students using ML who were randomly selected because they were enrolled in eight faculties at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. They used ML applications in the Pancasila Education & Civic Education course on the Blended Learning (BL) system in 2021. This study uses a survey method with univariate and bivariate analyst techniques. The results show that students are satisfied with varied and innovative learning content, students as digital citizens need to be skilled in the use of digital media, after students are skilled, students will easily use and access applications of ML. Through varied, innovative learning content, speed of information, ease of access for any literature can motivate students to learn independently by using ML.
Technological developments have an impact on various fields, in education particularly, the 21st-century learning requires lectures and learners to be creative and innovative in utilizing digital media effectively, by using the right methods, the learning process in the digital era will be carried out optimally, to improve the quality of learning by learning objectives. This research used a mixed design approach with a survey as its main method. The participants of this study were lecturers and students of the PKn UPI Study Program using online learning in an online learning system (SPADA UPI) and Integrated Online Learning System (SPOT UPI) at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The results show that online learning can improve the quality of Civics learning if technology can be integrated into the Civics learning curriculum, lectures who can use digital media and digital literacy, and teaching materials that can develop 21st-century civic competencies to prepare young citizens in facing the era of disruption. Students as young citizens can be directed to master digital citizenship skills so that they can become citizens who have democratic, wise, and responsible competencies in the digital era.
