The state of the age and its development so rapidly influencing the world become a challenge for students and especially teachers in giving roles and tasks to education especially Christian education. But the role of the teacher in writing that uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach is expected to improve human resources and bring students to grow in spirituality and character that can build a nation through a person who is strong in relying on God. The Role of Teachers Christian religious education as a role model in enhancing the spirituality and character of learners must be a priority in learning as a form of implying affective values. Teachers as role models in improving the spirituality and character of students, the teacher in this study was asked to have the first responsibility in carrying out the tasks, roles and responsibilities of teachers of Christian religious education. Then the teacher must realize that the Christian Religious Education teacher is an exemplary leader. And then the Master works closely with the church and family to bring about an increase in spirituality and character. And finally the Master must be led by the Holy Spirit.
Abstract Christianity in the spiritual growth and quantity of the church cannot be separated from believers who carry out the mandate of the Great Commission. But in the accompanying journey of God there is not much that can be done by believers in mission and discipleship. So with that focus and purpose of this research is to answer the research question of how the Bible study of mission and discipleship in the Great Commission and its implications for Christian life today. While the problem that occurs in this research work is how Discipleship and mission are not properly understood in the current era so that many prioritize mission but override discipleship or vice versa. But the benefits of this research are: first, the importance of mission in the Great Commission, then the importance of discipleship for believers and continuity and the last implies mission and discipleship as life priorities. To describe the biblical study of mission and discipleship in the Great Commission and its implications for contemporary Christian life, researchers used library research methods with quantitative descriptive approaches.
Moderasi beragama bukan merupakan tugas penganut agama tertentu, namun menjadi konsern seluruh elemen bangsa. Dalam Kekristenan sikap moderasi beragama memiliki makna yang jauh lebih mendalam dari makna secara umum. Sesuai ajaran Alkitab, sikap tersebut bukan merupakan tuntutan atau tugas namun justru sebagai kebutuhan hidup yang melekat bagi umat percaya. Riset ini memuat tujuan mendeskripsikan pemahaman moderasi beragama sesuai dengan kajian Matius 23:25-32. Hal ini penting disampaikan mengingat saat ini terdapat pemahaman yang tidak tepat mengenai moderasi beragama dalam lingkup orang percaya. Metode riset mempergunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi pustaka. Hasil riset menemukan bahwa moderasi beragama yang Tuhan ajarkan mengandung sikap mulia yaitu kesadaran diri sebagai makhluk yang lemah-bergantung sepenuhnya pada Tuhan. Fokus hidup hanya kepada Tuhan, mengasihiNya dengan segenap hati dan mengasihi sesama menjadi tindakan yang menyertai. Moderasi beragama dibutuhkan agar umat Tuhan terhindar dari rasa cinta diri atau narsis, kesombongan dan memandang rendah orang lain sehingga akan memunculkan konflik dan penderitaan orang lain. Kehidupan yang moderat dalam beragama sesuai iman Kristen didasarkan kepada kasih, penguasaan diri, kelemahlembutan, kesabaran, damai dan sukacita yang terlahir sebagai buah Roh Tuhan. Prinsip utama moderasi beragama sesuai iman Kristen adalah bahwa sikap tersebut merupakan sebuah kebutuhan hidup yang melekat pada semua umat percaya karena di dalamnya mengandung relasi mendalam bersama dengan Tuhan dan berunsur buah-buah Roh.
Students in the teaching and learning process can give different responses due to family problems or other things that cause a lack of enthusiasm for learning. Likewise with unhealthy associations, and external influences can have an impact on the lives of students in spiritual life and the teaching and learning process in class. Through a literature study research with a descriptive qualitative approach, the writer describes the principles of Christian religious education teachers in motivating students' learning. So it can be concluded that Christian religious education teachers as motivators will certainly find it easier to enter into the realm of problems and struggles of students because psychologically Christian religious education teachers can approach it through spiritual concepts so that it can arouse passion and motivate students to have life values. , spiritual values, and moral values. Peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar bisa memberikan respon yang berbeda akibat persoalan keluarga ataupun hal-hal yang lain yang menimbulkan kendornya semangat belajar. Begitu juga dengan pergaulan yang tidak sehat, dan pengaruh dari luarpun bisa berdampak bagi kehidupan peserta didik dalam kehidupan rohani maupun proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Melalui penelitian studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif penulis mendeskripsikan prinsip-prinsip guru pendidikan Agama Kristen sebagai motivator dalam perspektif Alkitab. Sehingga dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya sebagai guru pendidikan agama Kristen yang berperan sebagai motivator tentunya akan lebih mudah untuk masuk dalam ranah afektif pada proses pembelajaran yang mengarah pada permasalahan dan pergumulan peserta didik, dengan melakukan pendekatannya melalui konsep-konsep spiritual sehingga dapat membangkitkan gairah memberikan motivasi membentuk peserta didik memiliki nilai hidup, nilai spiritual, dan nilai moral. Prinsip-prinsip guru sebagai motivator juga diteladankan Yesus yang adalah Guru Agung yang mampu membangkitkan motivasi dalam diri peserta didikNya.
Abstract. Education for early childhood in the family is important and criticalally to be carried out in the midst of the secularism dominance. This paper aimed to examine the important role of the Christian family in early childhood education in order to prevent the negative influence of secularism. Through a literature study, this study showed that early childhood education cannot simply be given to educational institutions or churches. The family is actually the most effective place for education for children at an early age. In addition, family who is responsible for carrying out early childhood education is at the same time carrying out the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus.Abstrak. Pendidikan untuk usia dini dalam keluarga menjadi hal penting dan genting untuk dilaksanakan di tengah-tengah dominasi paham sekularisme. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran penting keluarga Kristen dalam pendidikan anak usia dini dalam rangka membendung pengaruh negatif paham sekularisme. Melalui studi pustaka, kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan anak usia dini tidak bisa begitu saja diserahkan kepada lembaga pendidikan ataupun gereja. Keluarga justru menjadi tempat pendidikan yang paling efektif bagi anak pada usia dini. Selain itu, keluarga yang bertanggung jawab menjalankan pendidikan anak usia dini adalah sekaligus telah menjalankan Amanat Agung Tuhan Yesus.
