The backpropagation algorithm has many training and activation functions that can be used to influence or maximize prediction results, all of which have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The purpose of this paper is to analyze one of the training functions of the backpropagation algorithm which can be used as a reference for use in data prediction problems in the form of models and best performance. The training function is the Bayesian Regularization method. This method is able to train the network by optimizing the Levenberg-Marquardt by updating the bias and weights. The research dataset used to analyze the data in this paper is Formal Education Participation in Indonesia 2015-2020 which consists of the School Participation Rate, the Gross Enrollment Rate, and the Pure Enrollment Rate. The 2015-2016 dataset is used as training data with a 2017 target, while the 2018-2019 dataset is the test data with a 2020 target. The models used are 2-10-1, 2-15-1, and 2-20-1. Based on the analysis and calculation process, the results of the 2-15-1 model are the best with an epoch of 217 iterations and an MSE of 0.00002945, this is because the epoch is not too large and has the smallest MSE compared to the other 2 models.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola hubungan antar variabel yang dilibatkan berdasarkan data empirik yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatuf yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu selama 4 (empat) bulan terhitung mulai Juli 2019 hingga Oktober 2019. Adapun Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu sebanyak 241 sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan mengumpulkan data variabel perilaku inovatif, dikembangkan dan diuji cobakan terlebih dahulu untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sedangkan variabel kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah menggunakan instrumen yang telah ada yang diambil dari dokumen milik Dinas Pendidikan sehingga tidak dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui dari hasil olah data perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah diperoleh nilai Mean = 68.37 dan Standar Deviasi = 13.739. Untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan atau pengkategorian tingkatan perilaku inovatif kepala sekolah berdasarkan nilai mean dan standar deviasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perilaku Inovatif berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi Manajerial.The Effect of Innovative Behavior on Managerial Competence of Primary School Principals in Labuhan Batu DistrictAbstractThis study aims to describe the pattern of relationships between variables involved based on empirical data collected using the developed instrument. This research is a quality study conducted in Labuhanbatu Regency for 4 (four) months from July 2019 to October 2019. The target population in this study is the Principal of State Elementary Schools in Labuhanbatu Regency as many as 241 schools. The instrument used to collect innovative behavioral variable data was developed and tested first to test its validity and reliability while the managerial competency variable of principals used existing instruments taken from documents belonging to the Department of Education so that validity and reliability tests were not carried out. The results of this study are known from the results of the school principal's innovative behavior data obtained by the Mean value = 68.37 and Standard Deviation = 13.739. To identify trends or categorizing the level of innovative behavior of principals based on the mean and standard deviation. Based on the results of this study concluded that Innovative Behavior affects Managerial Competence.
Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepraktisan dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model PBL dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan KPS siswa pada materi larutan penyangga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 14 Konawe Selatan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan mengikuti model 4-D (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). Perangkat yang dikembangkan adalah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) dan instrumen penilaian. Pada perangkat tersebut dilakukan validasi oleh tim ahli, lalu dilakukan uji kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil validasi terhadap perangkat pembelajaran sebesar 3,8 dan masuk kategori sangat valid. Uji kepraktisan didasarkan pada hasil observasi keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran dan observasi aktivitas peserta didik. Nilai rata-rata keterlaksanaan yang diperoleh sebesar 3,8 dan nilai rata-rata aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 3,7. Keduanya masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Uji keefektifan didasarkan pada rerata skor N-gain dan uji statistik paired sample T-test. Rerata skor N-gain pemahaman konsep yang diperoleh sebesar 0,46 dan rerata skor N-gain KPS sebesar 0,45. Keduanya masuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan nilai pretes dan postes pada penilaian pemahaman konsep dan KPS. Dari hasil uji kepraktisan dan keefektifan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran praktis dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan proses sains (KPS) siswa pada materi larutan penyangga. Human resource management is a process consisting of planning, organizing, leading and controlling activities related to job analysis, job evaluation, procurement, development, compensation, promotion and termination of employment in order to achieve the stated goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of the Labuhanbatu District Social Service employees. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 31 employees.
