A análise fenômeno-estrutural possibilita compreender a evolução de uma paciente a partir da produção livre de desenhos e de suas verbalizações. Acompanhamos uma pessoa adulta com depressão ao longo de três anos. Em atividade grupal, a paciente produziu desenhos que mostram preocupações e interesses com os detalhes, ritmo de produção lento, porém de modo cuidado e atento. As cores são presentes e suaves. Há pouca expressão de movimento, denotando predomínio da racionalidade sobre a sensorialidade. O sofrimento e o desamparo diminuíram e ela desenvolveu possibilidades associativas entre os acontecimentos depressivos e sua história de vida, o que não ocorria no início do tratamento. A paciente conquistou uma abertura em direção ao porvir, à alteridade e ao reconhecimento do outro. Dessa forma, a interlocução é central no método fenômeno-estrutural onde as evoluções são compreendidas pelo acesso à subjetividade compartilhada. Os mecanismos de ligação e corte se encontram não apenas nas estruturas epilépticas e esquizofrênicas, mas em qualquer estrutura humana, incluindo as vivências depressivas.
ResumenEl trabajo tiene como objetivo explorar las perspectivas y experiencias de las embarazadas españolas, francesas y portuguesas respecto al consumo de alcohol durante la gestación. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo basado en un abordaje fenomenológica. Se realizaron 68 entrevistas en profundidad, procediendo posteriormente a un análisis semiinductivo de los datos con ayuda del programa QSR-NVIVO. Los resultados mostraron semejanzas en los tres países en cuanto a la existencia de consumos de las participantes, así como una información limitada y/o equivocada en cuanto a las consecuencias de la exposición prenatal. Se identificaron también diferencias, sobre todo en cuanto al tipo de bebidas, la presión social o el conocimiento en cuanto a las recomendaciones sobre los consumos. Los datos apuntan la necesidad de abordajes preventivos eficaces que puedan apoyar a las embarazadas en la toma de decisiones informadas.
