<p>A ocupação das mulheres na “linha de frente” da política brasileira se dá a passos lentos e estéreis, ainda que o país tenha eleito a sua primeira presidenta em 2010, com a chegada de Dilma Rousseff ao poder. A dominação social e histórica do patriarcado sobre os corpos, vontades e desejos das mulheres gestou uma política infecunda aos propósitos de equidade de gênero em todas as esferas de poder. Assim, o artigo em questão trata da apresentação da pesquisa desenvolvida no pós-doc do âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação Mídia e Cotidiano da UFF. Pretende-se desvendar e articular os processos de luta política das mulheres, em especial das mulheres negras na tomada de poder. Além disso, estabelecer parâmetros empíricos e teóricos para a compreensão da política de visibilidade e/ou invisibilidade social e midiática que tanto podem proteger quanto vulnerabilizar a própria existência dessas mulheres. Por isso, propomos a formulação e conceituação da inédita expressão “feminicídio político” para caracterizar, categorizar, denominar e classificar a execução sumária da vereadora Marielle Franco, em 14 de março de 2018. Uma mulher, favelada, feminista negra, LGBT, em ascensão política, que ousou desafiar os podres poderes das máfias existentes no Rio de Janeiro. Para tanto, abordaremos como método científico a autoetinografia, uma vez que a autora desta pesquisa é uma mulher, feminista negra, cria da favela da Maré, que trilhou sua trajetória política por cerca de 20 anos ao lado de Marielle Franco. Além disso, capturaremos a rotina e o cotidiano político a partir das narrativas discursivas da minha vivência, meu conhecimento empírico, como a mulher mais votada da esquerda do estado, com 63.937 votos, que ocupa o cargo de deputada estadual e é a primeira mulher negra presidenta da Comissão de Defesa dos Direitos Humanos e Cidadania da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.</p>
<p>A Maré, conjunto de favelas localizado na zona norte do Rio de Janeiro, foi ocupada em abril de 2014 por forças militares de pacificação, engenhosa operação que envolveu um total de 2.700 militares com 20 tanques blindados. Assim, este artigo toma como objeto a cobertura midiática da ocupação militar, utilizando como método a análise das reportagens publicadas em tempo real durante a invasão. A ideia é esboçar as tensões entre o discurso dos meios de comunicação e as estratégias informativas engendradas nas redes sociais por narradores comunitários da Maré. Tais iniciativas podem colocar em disputa novas versões dos fatos. Serão traçadas abordagens teóricas que deem conta da análise a respeito da ordem do discurso, a partir de Foucault e de uma breve reflexão sobre o discurso do sofrimento.</p>
A Política Nacional de Saúde da Pessoa Portadora de Deficiência assegura, desde 2006, os direitos dos usuários de saúde surdos, todavia a comunidade surda representa uma parte da população brasileira que enfrenta inúmeras dificuldades no tocante ao acesso à saúde. Por vezes, os surdos evitam procurar serviços de saúde em detrimento da dificuldade na comunicação com os profissionais da área e isso reflete em um distanciamento que afeta diretamente o estado de saúde desses indivíduos e atrapalha a promoção da saúde. Atualmente, as dificuldades encontradas pela comunidade surda são acentuadas pela pandemia da COVID-19. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo objetiva revisar e sintetizar resultados e discussões sobre os possíveis impasses na comunicação entre pacientes surdos durante os atendimentos médicos. Esta pesquisa se caracteriza como uma revisão sistemática da literatura, permitindo análise qualitativa das publicações no período de 2018 a 2023. Para a leitura dos estudos, utilizou-se a estratégia de leitura de títulos, resumos e artigos completos. A humanização do serviço de cuidado em saúde é traduzida no entendimento e ser entendido. A atual conjuntura dos serviços de saúde revela a escassez de profissionais que se comunicam com os surdos. Os surdos relatam que preferem ser atendidos por profissionais que saibam Libras, mesmo que minimamente, pois esses passam mais segurança, privacidade e estabelecem um vínculo melhor, facilitando a adesão ao cuidado proposto. Fica evidente, portanto, que a transição na formação dos profissionais de saúde em se tratando da disciplina de Libras associa-se com a falta de padronização e a redução da carga horária imposta pelo IES. Além disso, é categórico fornecer o acesso à Libras em diferentes níveis de aprofundamento, assim como disseminar informações sobre a cultura surda a fim de efetivar a inclusão social. Isso reflete diretamente na restrição da comunicação entre profissionais de saúde e pacientes surdos, interferindo no atendimento integral e colaborando para o cenário de invisibilidade da população surda na atenção à saúde.
