The main aim of this paper is to demonstrate the ways how the employers' behaviour can be formed by the deficits of interactions resulted from autism, which show the norm-contravener verbal behaviour marks of the neurotypical population. We analysed in different social interactions of conflicts, whether the emloyer's communication strategy depends on if the interlocuter is neurotypical or autistical person, and if they have autism, then the employer's precognitions about autism are going to influence the management of the communicational situation or not. The results of this pilot research were discussed and assessed within the confines of the questions above.
