Waste is one of the most important environmental and economic problems of our time, the solution of which requires the use of new technologies. The article describes the main promising areas for the use of waste from biotechnological industries, which are valuable sources of organic and inorganic substances. One of the promising areas of biotechnological and microbiological industries is the production of bacterial exopolysaccharides, the production of microbial enzymes from waste products of the food, pharmaceutical and technical industries, which can reduce the cost of developing nutrient media for the cultivation of valuable microbial producers. By means of lowtemperature and high-temperature pyrolysis, it is possible to intensify the process of gasification of municipal waste, which can have a positive impact on the environment. The use of waste, on the one hand, makes it possible to reduce the costs of production of microbial synthesis components, and, on the other hand, allows for the environmental management of industrial waste.
When analyzing the effect of a feed additive based on bacteria of the genus Bacillus on adaptive and productive effects on rabbits, it was found that the most effective dosage is 2 g per rabbit for 30 days. There was an increase in the live weight of rabbits by 5.1% and the slaughter yield by 7.5%. The effect on the biological value of rabbit meat was manifested by an increase in the protein content and amounted to 25.12±1.11 g per 100 g, the fat content in the muscles decreased by 33.8% compared to the control group, which indicates higher dietary properties of rabbit meat in the experimental groups.

In this article the authors discuss potential ways of anthropogenic transformation of animal species (primarily vertebrates, for example, birds (Aves) and mammals (Mammalia)), as well as the consequences of these processes, which can be considered as mechanisms of domestication of organisms. At present, the problems under consideration, which are at the junction of the studied zoology, animal science and veterinary medicine, in Russian science to a very small extent. However, given the fact of active anthropogenic transformation of the environment, including, for example, the creation of domestic animals used in various biotechnologies, the problem of creating a fundamental theoretical base in the field of cultivation of organisms remains relevant and still not fully resolved. Research shows that the expansion of knowledge and the creation of a well-founded and reasoned theoretical concept of the domestication process will make it possible to predict, control and prevent, for example, a number of veterinary problems caused by the nosological consequences of anthropogenic transformation of organisms.
