Setiap mereka berpegang teguh dengan adab muamalah, pergaulan yang baik, perkataan yang sopan, memuliakan tamu dan semua yang diperintahkan Rasulullah Shallalahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai moderasi yang terkandung dalam novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck karya Hamka. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan objek penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian conten analysis. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan nilai-nilai moderasi yang dikemas oleh Hamka dalam novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck, antara lain: Toleransi, konsisten, tegas, adil, terbuka, teguh pendirian, muhasabah.
This paper discusses internal and external factors in increasing employee work motivation at the five people sub-district office during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research that researchers use is a type of research that is descriptive field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is to use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique that the author uses in this study is in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of the research that the authors get are that the Communication Strategy in increasing Employee Work Motivation at the Lima Kaum Sub-District Office in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period is by monitoring and evaluating, holding meetings with employees at least once a month, establishing good relationships with employees, and completing needs. employees at work.
Getting married and living a married life of course have the same desire, namely wanting to have a happy and harmonious household because marriage can make a person's life happier. Life in marriage can be done in two ways, namely long-distance marriage (commuter marriage) or living in one house (proximal marriage). Long-distance marriage is a man or woman in a marriage who has two careers, where each has a desire to maintain the marriage but voluntarily chooses to keep a career so that the couple feels a strong commitment. In addition, economic needs require that one of them be placed in a different place and far away. Long-distance relationships are usually prone to conflict, due to limited time to meet, poor communication, misunderstandings, and so on. So that a household that adopts the long-distance concept often looks inharmonious because of the lack of intensity in the meeting, so it becomes the cause of vulnerability to conflict. The method used in this study is qualitative, informant collection techniques using purposive sampling, data collection techniques: interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis and test the validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results of the study describe the dynamics of long-distance relationship communication between husband and wife in maintaining a marriage and long-distance communication strategies used by husband and wife in maintaining a marriage.
This study intends to analyze and parse the management of student emotions in learning through digital sources during the Covid-19 pandemic. The family environment plays an active role in providing understanding and monitoring and paying attention to emotional states in learning. This research was conducted by analyzing literature from journals and effective data related to emotional management in online learning where the findings and new theories were described qualitatively. The results of these findings illustrate the need for the role of the tridarma of education, namely educators, students and families in managing emotions and the necessary facilities and infrastructure for students in online learning are more effective so that the education and learning process is carried out properly.

ASN doesn’t participate in activities that lead to insult, incitement, provocation or hatred of Pancasila, the Constitution, Bhineka Tunggal Ika, the Unified State of the Republic of Indonesia and the government.
