In digital era now, the use of internet in the business has entered all lines of business included in the marketing of goods or services. Online sales or which is known as E-commerce, also used by Maulina Hijab Jombang. This research aims to analyze deeper the Influence of Price (X1) and Trust (X2) toward Online purchasing Decision. Type of research is explanatory involving 90 respondents. The analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, t- test and F- test. The result showed that the price factor (X1) is not dominant influenced on online purchase decisions on Maulina Hijab Jombang. While the “trust” factor (X2) the dominant influenced. This shows that consumers Maulina Hijab already believe that the quality of the goods sold is equivalent to the price offered. Adolescence is an important stage the girl’s life which the crucial developmental reproductive such as menstruation and pubertal occur. The peer nowadays has a crucial role in determining the proper health reproductive knowledge due to the lack of information from the family and education system. This study aimed to observe the effectiveness of the trained peer educator compared to the expert educator in delivering reproductive health knowledge. The study was using pre - and post - intervention (quasi - experimental) design. The sample taken by random sampling with the pretest and posttest questionnaire was applied to 98 female students aged 12 to 15 at traditional Islamic boarding school in Sidoarjo, East Java. The participants consisting of 49 students were exposed by the trained peer educator compare to 49 students in which exposed by expert. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test indicated the significant difference between pretest-posttest in the group were exposed by the trained peer compared by the expert (p=0,001). The Mann Whitney Test indicate there was no significant difference of reproductive health knowledge (p=0,718) between posttest between two groups. In conclusion, the information given by the trained peer educator as effective as the information given by the expert and significantly improved the adolescents' reproductive health knowledge. Therefore, designing the trained peer approach to increase adolescent reproductive health is effective to structure.
This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurred in the market share of Teh Pucuk Harum (Pucuk Harum Tea), the product which experienced a significant increase from previous years, so it can compete with other tea beverage products in other packaging. This study aims to determine the effect of Advertising and Price on consumer purchasing decisions of Teh Pucuk Harum. This research was conducted on De Nala FoodCourt Jombang and involved 74 consumers as samples. The research method was quantitative explanation analysis with the aim to know how big influence of independent variable to dependent variable. The method of data collection was by distributing the questionnaire containing the statements that each item contains about the indicator of the variables studied and being tested by multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. Introduction: Stress is a part of life that is considered one of the great pandemics of the 21th century. At work, stress can affect health, personal well-being and job satisfaction, and in severe cases can trigger burnout syndrome. Factors that cause burnout including personal factors, workload excessive, and the quality of the work environment that do not support. Methods: This research uses literature study design from an international database, namely PubMed with the keywords used "burnout", "health workers", and "cross sectional". Result and Discussion: There have been 1942 journals in the last 10 years. After that, the year of publication and language screening were carried out in 399 journals, then the researchers identified screening titles, abstracts, and complete copies of 46 journals and selected accordingly with the inclusion criteria so that 13 articles will be reviewed in this literature review. Conclusion: It was found that burnout has a negative impact on health services as well as on the quality of life of health workers.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar nilai tambah pada agroindustri cokelat batangan (macoa) di CV. Putra Mataram Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode hayami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian agroindustri cokelat batangan (Macoa) di CV. Putra Mataram Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengolahan biji kakao menjadi cokelat batangan mempunyai nilai tambah yang cukup banyak. Besarnya nilai tambah pada agroindusti cokelat batangan (Macoa) di CV. Putra Mataram yaitu Rp 406.640,- /kg bahan baku, sedangkan keuntungan yang diterima yaitu Rp 390.812,-.
