Dangke whey is one type of protein and can be made edible film. The quality of the edible film made from dangke whey can be improved with the addition of carrageenan. The purpose of this research was to determine the quality of the edible film made from dangke whey with the addition of different concentrations of carrageenan. The qualities of the edible film observed were the microstructure, the color values L *, a * and * b, water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) and thickness. Data analyzed using ANOVA with a completely randomized design. The treatment used of carrageenan with different concentrations: 2%; 2.5%; 3% and 3.5%. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. Microstructure of edible film showed the improvement of interaction between the molecules of constituent materials. Values of color* L were 86.1088.37, the value of color * a were -0.55-0.70 and a value of the color * b were 2.03-3.35. Water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) were 5.08-5.35 g/mm2.jam. The thickness were 0.034-0.036 mm. The use of carrageenan concentrations up to 4% for manufacturing of edible film have not changed for the color * L, * a and * b, the rate of water vapor transmissions and thickness. Based on the microstructure showed that the molecules of edible film properly distributed beginning on the use of carrageenan concentration of 2.5%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan penguasaan dimensi kompetensi kepala sekolah khususnya bagi Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah/madrasah yang meliputi: (1) dimensi kompetensi kepribadian, (2) dimensi kompetensi sosial, (3) dimensi kompetensi manajerial, (4) dimensi kompetensi supervisi, dan (5) dimensi kompetensi kewrausahaan”. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mencari kedudukan, fenomena untuk mngetahui status dengan cara membndingkan dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Subjek penelitian adalah 153 kepala sekolah SD yang tersebar di lima wilayah kecamatan di Kota Makassar yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes sebagai instrumen utama, dokumentasi, dan observasi, serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis pesentase. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan kompetensi kepala sekolah dasar pada dimensi kompetensi Hasil analisis data pemetaan dimensi kompetensi kepribadian hanya mencapai 68% berada pada kategori sedang, dimensi kompetensi manajerial mencapai 72% atau berada pada kategori tinggi, demensi kometensi supervise akademik hanya mencapai 61% atau berada pada kategori sedang, dimensi kompetensi kewirausahaan menunjukkan penguasaan 53% atau berada pada kategori rendah dan dimensi kompetensi social mencapai 61% atau berada pada kategori sedang. Dan secara keseluruhan rata-rata penguasaan dimensi kompetensi kepala sekolah dasar dari lima dimensi berada pada pencapaian 65% atau berada pada kategori sedang dan hasil penelitian ini tidak jauh berbeda dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh LPPKAS pada tahun 2010.
This study aims to determine the role of the headmaster as a supervisor in the planning, implementation, and evaluation and follow-up of academic supervision in SDN Sudirman II Makassar City. The subject of this research is the headmaster and teacher of the school located in SDN Sudirman II.Objek this research is the effectiveness of the headmaster's role as supervisor in planning, implementation, follow-up and the result of Academic supervision program conducted by the headmaster. This research takes place at SDN Sudirman II Kota Makassar. The method used in data collection is interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the role of headmaster in improving the professionalism of teachers in SDN Sudirman II has been well implemented and has been able to improve the professionalism of teachers, as evidenced by several activities conducted by the headmaster can help teachers improve the quality of process and learning outcomes. Implementation of academic supervision implementation starts from planning, implementation and follow-up of supervision so that teacher professionalism can increase. Overall the role of academic supervision can improve teacher performance in four aspects: pedagogic aspect, personality aspect, social aspect, and professional aspect. The ability of teachers can be seen in the management of learning and learning to the students as well as in the learning process is done in a pleasant atmosphere has been well done.
