This article explores the cost-effectiveness of using a solar panel in a household. It also analyzes households’ demand for electricity and their use. Daily household consumption of electricity was calculated based on monograph observations and its average daily consumption was 1513 kW/day. The solar panels’ technical characteristics (current, voltage, battery capacity, inverter, and other) are based on the solar panels to fully meet their electricity demand. It was found that the lowest electricity generation potential could be accumulated in December, the highest in June and July, and the law was based on the opposite. Proposals and recommendations on efficient use of solar energy have been scientifically justified.

GIS - geographic information systems is a product of modern technology, designed for visualization and analysis of everything around us, also for the storage and analysis of data. The agricultural sector, where the key link is land, has a connection with geographic visualization, namely, there is a need to compile maps to promote transport and analyze them. Before the introduction of GIS, tables, plans and schemes provided on paper were used. In this case, it was hard to reconcile all the data with each other, and in case of a change in an indicator, it was necessary to redo everything all over again. In maps created with the help of GIS along the land itself, there are such layers as rivers, roads, settlements and much more. It all depends on the quantity and characteristics of the data provided. Using just an ordinary electronic map of the area, with the help of data, you can create a blank map, topographic or thematic map. GIS is becoming an increasingly integral part of our lives and agriculture. For an ordinary farmer, for example, there are many advantages of GIS. One of these advantages is that, when buying or renting a land plot, he can look at the electronic map in the cadastral offices, which will take into account the location of the plot, the location of passing channels, soil structure and so on. The second advantage is that the map will show all the advantages and disadvantages of the site, such as soil quality, climatic conditions, this will lead to the correct selection and distribution of crop rotation, which will help reduce the cost of fertilizers, machinery and labor. All these aspects are described in more detail in the article.

This paper discusses the theoretical issues and principles of the formation of agro-clusters and trends in the development of this system in the cotton and textile industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its features and advantages. Effective application and existence of business clusters is considered on the platform of categorical-system methodology in the framework of such aspects as structural, functional, target, and evolutionary.

The role of I. Stalin during the period of political repressions of the 1930s is investigated. On specific documents signed by Stalin and stored in archives, his role as a direct organizer and direct leader of repressions is shown, who daily delved into all issues, up to the most detailed, the organization of the work of the leading party bodies and bodies of the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs on the implementation of the politics of terror and violence. I. Stalin kept the work of carrying out repressions under his personal unrele nting control, often gave direct instructions to the leadership of the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs on individual cases, on specific people. It is shown that Stalin directed not only the operational-investigative, investigative activities of the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs, but also the preparation and conduct of trials. So, Stalin personally painted the entire organization of the "Process of the anti-Soviet Trotskyist center" in January 1937 in Moscow. Stalin's personal involvement and direct leadership was manifested not only in the organization of political repression, but also in the implementation of economic policy, which was a policy of subjugation of the population through actual economic strangulation. This is shown by the example of the famine (asharshylyk) of 1931-1933 in Kazakhstan.
